@Asmanyreviewsaspossible hey joel. Whats going on. I have 4 pairs of the trainers and just bought the RD1 running shoes as well. Now i want a pair for wods that have runds in it but some light barbell, squats box jumps etc. witch one of those two you recommend? I use a size 10 in all my cxt trainers. The ED1 i bought them 10.5 and are slight big. What size i should look into any of these two? Help!
I used to do a written review to go along with things but not I just kind of take notes in the form of IG posts. Most of it is memory though…after lots and lots of practice through the years lol.
to be honest, i barely used them because of how narrow they are. If you fit them, they'll work for your purpose okay but if you wanted something wider that did the same thing - Nobull drive is what I've been using. Saucony Freedom Crosssport is also another good pick.
pebax.., niiice. good overview

I always wonder. Do you have a script when recording or do you just remember all those details haha

Hey Joel, how are you finding the RNR-1 after some time? Thinking of them for lighter workouts and cardio.
