That undercut also prevented him from coming out ahead of Charles, scuppering any chance of a P2 finish. On the other side of things, Oscar was undeniably slower, being 12 seconds behind Lando prior to the last lap VSC. Not to mention that his mistake that cost him 4 seconds, meant Lando would have got ahead of him regardless.

You're right, he is professional. Professional enough to recognise and accept what was best for the team, as well as acknowledging when his team mate is faster without any fuss. Something that ironically, most of his fans seem incapable of understanding. Ultimately, Lando should have been pitted first given his track position, but instead the team allowed for both Charles and his slower team mate to undercut him. If anything was an injustice, it was that. Fortunately, they saw sense and evidently made the right decision in the end considering how far ahead of Oscar, Lando finished. Not to mention, Oscars costly mistake would have meant Lando would have passed him regardless.
