I grew up in the old Kutza Pharmacy building on 13th and Broadway during the 1970's. I witnessed several paranormal incidents there.
The Palace Theater is in Cleveland ,Which is in Cuyahoga County.
The Palace "IS" in Lorain. There may also be a Palace in Cleveland, but I never heard of it.
The palace theater is in Lorain on Broadway. Been there many times as a kid.

Gore orphanage isn't haunted. It didn't burn down with people in it like the legend says. It actually burnt down after it was closed and condemned. A nice house is now on the property. How do I know? I live ten minutes from Mil Hollow.
