I love your video. I am looking to scope my S&W 629 and everyone keeps telling to just go with a red dot. Witch would you recommend. I am very particular about accuracy and can't see a red dot being as accurate at longer ranges as a scope. Again witch would you recommend? Tahnks.
Thanks for the nice compliments. My opinion is if you want tiny groups a scope would be better. A dot is going to be faster to acquire, and might be better for hunting. I may put a dot on the gun you saw in this video.
Lizard skins, which are available online or Dicks Sporting Goods. Get the .5mm. I first put down a layer of 3M self fusing tape to keep adhesive residue off my grips. Thanks for the comment.
Find the particular bullet your barrel likes and take your time. That gun should easily print under 2” at 50 yards off a rest. My old Ruger Bisley does.
I got a stainless and blue 15" encore muzzle loader pistols. They like the 44 caliber XTP 240 grain green sabot and the 250 grain shockwave You would make a great video with these two pistols .I would let you shoot and I would do the cleaning and loading after each shot.it takes about 6 to 8 patches with a little tap water. I'm not sure your getting 1600 with that little barrel but I use 80 grains of 777 FFF.Hunting very big game I use the hornady 454/ 45 caliber 300 grain bullet and a big black hornady sabot.its almost the same fps as a 454 pistol.it takes years to get the handle on cleaning with 6 patches after every shot
Pretty impressive shooting a 44 mag with one hand
That's the only way I ever shoot a hunting handgun. Works great

I love the glasses today!
Good shooting I just posted a vid shooting a bisley 44 at 100 yards open sights. You might like it.
Thanks for the watch Chris. I did check your video out. Outstanding work especially for open sights.
I like the handle wrap. What is it? Standard hockey tape on mine🤙

Wat size rings does the gun come with or the size u used are they 1 in rings
Blake I think they are 1". I used the integral rings that came with it. My only advise is to use Loctite. Mine came loose several times without it.
Can u look and see wat number is on the rings I’m about to trade for a super Blackhawk hunter and he doesn’t have the rings
@@blakesmith2594 Blake, if I remember, I will next time I'm with the gun.. no promises. I'm getting old and forgerful😅
What barrel length is that?
7.5

Is this rest ambidextrous?
The Hybrid Hunter can be built left or right hand.. The Signature Camo is Right hand only.

Randy, That sounds interesting. Thanks for the comment. I am in Indiana if you want to travel.
Thanks for shooting on paper. Everyone shoots steel and it doesn’t tell anything
What optic is that?
Bushnell 2x6 Elite. I think I paid $150 for it back in 2006
