I found IGNEA through youtube's suggestions with the orchestra version of this song, actually. This was roughly 3 years ago. Since then I've had the privilege to see them live, collected all their albums, became Helle's fifty-somthingth Patreon and have been following them closer than any band before. It was 1978, I was a student at my first all-night party. It was about 3am - I'd been very drunk and had danced myself sober(ish). All was quiet and still. Someone put 'Turn of the Cards' by Renaissance on and my life changed forever. The melodies, the harmonies, the playing and especially the extraordinary female vocals of Annie Haslem. Many years later, Google play suggested a vocalist like Annie , called Lenka Dusilova singing with a Czech band called Cechomor. Good voice. I listened to some of their stuff and in the 'if you liked that, you might like this' section a song called 'How I Hate The Night' was suggested. Wow!!!!!! Positively psychedelic. I started to listen to more of your stuff and I was hooked. The melodies, the harmonies, the playing and especially the extraordinary female vocals of Helle.......And here we are. I'm hooked.
Hello! My son is a big fan of yours. He started out on this journey last year and got me with him. He's growing up and discovering new music, new bands, new singers and new styles. UA-cam recommended him IGNEA because of his music taste and he was unsure at first but when he decided to listen to you and give you a chance, he immediately fell in love with you, guys! I absolutely adore you too and you are a part of our daily life 'cause my family listens to your music EVERY SINGLE DAY, we never get tired of headbanging with IGNEA and belting out. Also, I'm not sure if you remember this, but we got him (my son, Diego Emiliano) The Realms of Fire and Death for his birthday this year and, due to the pandemic, delivery was delayed so Helle offered to record a video wishing him a happy birthday and that is one of the many reasons why IGNEA is so freaking damn cool! They are amazing people, with a huge heart. You are all so talented and your music is incredibly unique. IGNEA deserves a lot more recognition because I am pretty sure that you are one of the best bands ever and I am serious about it. Keep it on, guys! Thank you for everything. Can't wait for the next episodes! This is so exciting 😍
Thank you so much, it’s so flattering to read this! Yes, of course I remember recording the video for your son (say a big hello to him). I was so bummed that the shipping got delayed and that it was a birthday gift, I thought that’s the least I could do. Thank you so much for everything you said!
IGNEA FOREVER!!! As I said many many times, I discovered Ignea by sheer random happy accident, on a train to Melbourne, Australia via Spotify around June or July 2019. Powerfull stuff, holy hell this is a headbanger! Ukraine seems to make a bunch of awesome metal bands for sure. Love From Hong Kong! No one can take our land from us!
Summer 2013...AUGUST ...A friend of mine, returned from holidays, i was under the hot sun at a beach and listened loudly metal music (as always...), he asked me if i had a band to propose him... something different... I puch the play button, and ... Firebird from Sputnik EP !!! And his head still banging !!! After all, we still love and support your band. Keep up the great work !!! Helle...amazing voice !!!
April 2020... France was in total lockdown due to Covid 19, and out if the blue Ignea Band started following me on Instagram. I was curious and followed back, discovered Disenchantment, sent it out to my friends & family and we have been listening to your songs on repeat ever since ! You do not follow my Instagram anymore, but you have now have some super big fans in France !! 🔥🔥🔥 We love what you do and would love to see you some day on tour !! 🔥
Remembering my Ignea discovering like it was today. It was 2018, september, in a raining night. After an Orphaned Land video, UA-cam plays to me: Seitanu Akbar... - Oh Goshhh! What is there!!!??? - Back to my secound audiction, and still chocked. I couldn't understand how, but that song catches me to another dimension. - playing again: What amazing sound!!! The power of each instrument, the hard truth of the lyric and the attitude playing that true. - ok... Let's play again. Ohhh man! Hear the sound of this bass!!! Solid metal, very bright and powerfull, like I love to play (I'm a bass player 😁). - playing again. Oh nooo!! This guys are reaching this oriental melody with some simple harmonic structure... Ooowww not so simple. Look thisss!!! - let's play again to check this. Ohh nooo!!! This girl is constructing a fking amazing wall of voices, and what is this roarrrr! 👏👏👏 - again... Mannn! So precise drum, running like a power glue togheter the bass line and very agressive guitar... A "Seitanical" BCRich. ❤️ - yeahhhh. They changes the simple rock structure, putting on keyboard the leading crazy solo. That's amazing!!! So, playing and playing a dozen of times, in looping, the morning star cames to say me hello. This week my baby girl did her 1st birthday, and for this first year of life she is hearing Ignea every single day. I swear I did not too much effort to do she love Ignea. She simple loves each song. My baby still don't speack almost any word, but she sing with Helle in many songs. Her preffered is "How I hate the night"... She sings to sleep every night 😂😂 Ohhh yesss! She dances like Helle in Disenchantment, with her knees on the floor, shaking her body and head.! It's amazing to see that! 😂😂😂
ничего подобного не слышал, я в шоке ! это темная лошадка мирового уровня и не просто мирового, как одного из, а первое место по таланту, атмосферности и энергетике ! Живая энергия !
Ignea was introduced to me on Metal Nation Radio by RJ Bayley during his show "Metal Empire", some 2 years ago. I liked the band only after the first few seconds and accords. I think he played "Alexandria", then I found the video to that song and watched it 15 times in a row. Ignea became my favorite Ukrainian band, very talented musicians,, unfortunately - still unsigned. I hope that will change soon and they will get the attention they deserve. Much love and respect, Ignea! \m/ \m/
3 years ago I stayed home from work. I was really sick. I was scrolling on UA-cam trying to stay awake, Leviathan was recommended to me. I put it in my playlist for later to listen to when I felt better. I accidentally played it instead of hitting the save button. Man, when the intro started, I instantly felt a burst of energy. I got my rear end out of bed and said Hell Yes, I’m not sick anymore. That song blew my mind. I started playing air guitar and head banging in the living room like a dummy. Now every time I hear Ignea, I think about that day and it reminds me that everything in life will be ok. Music heals the soul. Even when your down and really ill. Thank you Ignea for motivating me to get my behind out of bed, even on the worst days. 🤟🏻❤️💪🏻
2020 may have brought great sadness and suffering but behind all of that is music. This group has the purest melodic metal sound I’ve heard in years. Metal isn’t always about screaming, though it’s amazing. Her vocals from singing to screaming are so crisp and she completely owns the track. As for the instrument play I mean come on, it’s flawless and epic! Great on ya guys! Keep it up!
some dude made a symphonic gothic metal radio station mod for fallout 4 and this is by far one of my new favorite bands. she is a dream her voice is pleasing to the ears then it is over and I must go on with my day. sorry just day-dreaming great song
November 2016, I am watching music videos on UA-cam (favorite way to enjoy music and hunt for new music). Admittingly, stoned and enjoying a little bourbon with my feet up. As I am more listening than watching, I scroll down the right side of the page looking at the screen shots and names of songs and bands. I see the screen shot for Alga, I read the name of the band and thought, how do you pronounce that? But what made me listen, was the description...'symphonic metal'! That did it! I watched the video and was just blown away by not only the music but the video in itself with a full orchestra! For many many years, when I hear a song that knocks me back, I listen to it over and over, 3, 4, times or more. I know I watched this video for a good 45 minutes, over and over. From there I found the Ignea page, watched everything there and subscribed to the channel. My son and I were talking a couple of weeks ago about music and Ignea and how passionate I had become about Ignea. He knows the only band I have been passionate about in my life is, Black Sabbath! My all time favorite band. From all the albums, VHS tapes, cd's, videos, books and seeing them 12 times over the years with different singers and members! But as I was talking to my son he said dad, I have never heard you talk about a band other than Black Sabbath with the with excitement I hear in your voice. I said, I know, I have to get overseas next year. One way or another I want meet them, see them live and hopefully shoot their show! Btw, I have been listening to Black Sabbath for over 50 years! You are off the charts amazing and there are not enough words in all the languages in the world to thank you enough for your music!
I discovered this huge band last week as a suggestion in UA-cam and the same day I viewed all their videos because I could not stop watching them. It was like a drug. No other band had the same effect on me that I like about 90 porcent of all their videos. I am a fan of them from the first day on that I discovered them. Real world class band. Please come to Spain (Alicante or Valencia) some day. Keep on writing lots of songs with the same quality!!!!!
I was suffering a more severe bout of insomnia than normal as agent rejections for a manuscript piled up, and so was watching some old favorite music videos and drinking (too many) old favorite beers one night. Then the “UA-cam suggests” rabbit hole opened up before me and I went tumbling down. I watched the original video for “Alga” plus “Alexandria,” and “Petrichor” and was mesmerized. Received the album, and the first of many of Helle’s “thank you” notes, as soon afterwards as US customs would allow.
I discovered IGNEA this year, actually following the account of Helle, but didn't take any actions in heard IGNEA songs by that moment, was suddenly when I was working hearing As I Lay Dying, the youtube algorithm put ALGA and I was like what in the hell world is this amazing song? And then I see hey that's HELLE! L 0 0 0 L and since then I can not skip any ignea songs on youtube, my favorite one is Seytanu Akbar, thank you Ignea for being so talented and make it to reach out worldwide
I discovered the band in 2018 with the song Alga on UA-cam suggestions. But I fell in love when I heard the song Şeytanu Akbar, which is always the first one I show for those who don't know the band. I hope one day to see you here in Brazil.
It was this beautiful time of year, three years ago when I first discovered Ignea (a name which I'm still no quite sure how to pronounce). I was bored of all the bands I loved and searched for something new. I was at my mandatory service in the army. I was sitting in a M.P. car at the supreme court, waiting for a trial to end. Out of boredom I looked for new bands to follow. It was difficult since I was looking for something new, refreshing, interesting that'll make me want to hear more, and still be a symphonic metal band. Then I saw this band with a name I couldn't pronounce and a picture showing a small orchestra. I love orchestras in metal songs. I had no expectations whatsoever, but I listened to the song, expecting the disappointment. I got sucked into the song. I loved every bit about it. It had just the right amount of extreme voices, composed beautifully with the orchestra with metalic sounds and the voice I craved for. It was wxactly what I wished for. That was the only song I too from that day. needless to say, the song was Alga. Now, I have heard songs which were amazing but the rest of the album was disppointing. It didn't happen to me with Ignea. With Ignea, the whole album was so good that I loved every track in it. Obviusly, I recommended the song to my metal-head friend who started loving Ignea as well. Today, three years later, I listen to this clip as if I listen to this song for the very first time. I love it so much. I bought all your albums so far (except from the instrumental version. I'm still waiting for this one to be sold in your shop) and I love them all. I hope to hear more of your music soon and to see you come to Israel to play. Maybe even perform with Yossi Sassi, who knows? And, of course, I'd love to get your gift card :)

it was 2015 and the year was about to end, just as it is now, a friend of mine send the link to the Alga's music video and told me maybe i could like the song... Of course i liked it, i was blown away by all the musicianship and Helle's voice so different, it is a classic already, i look back at those times with nostalgia. Right after i finished listen to the song for like 15 more times, then i did the research on the band and discover Sputnik, released under the named Parallax, and i was pleasantly surprised, not what i expected, but just as good or even better. I have been obsessed with the band ever since, and then, just when The Sign of Faith came out, i blasted it out, the same with The Realms of Fire and Death. Ignea is the first band i recommend whenever i'm being asked for and just whenever i have the opportunity to do so, Ignea have stayed with me for quite a while now and i feel like i've been figuring out my life alongside your music, i just genuinely love your music and lyrics and i love to see every post you publish online. Thank you for everything, i love you.
Yesss! Its impossible to hear only one time each song. We need to take some time hearing in looping to get back to reallity. It's my sensation. It's amazing!👏
Radio Rock Finland interwiewed Finnish parliament candidates in spring 2019. At the end of interwiew one of the candidates had a wish to play Alga. That was it. Point of no return.
Ну моя история здесь проста. Я был на выступлении ещё тогда группы Parallax в ныне закрытом "Mетрополе", и тогда ребята исполняли свои тогдашние хиты "Valera" и "Sputnik". А дальше они взяли название Ignea, я послушал дебютный альбом The Sigh of Faith и проникся.
As a South African, I don't get to experience a lot of live international metal, so I try to do one trip a year to Europe to catch a festival or two: I discovered Ignea at Kilkim Zaibu 2018. Was one of the most pleasant surprises of that trip! 🤘🏻😄
I discovered Ignea a little over 3 years ago. The video for Alga had just been released and came up on my UA-cam timeline, and I instantly fell in love with your sound. I then watched the guitar play-through of Halves Rupture, and knew I had to hear more. I listened to The Sign of Faith the whole way through, and it became one of my favorite albums. I even named my solo music project Petrichor after the song
The very first time I discovered Ignea was exactly by this track. My ex-boyfriend showed me your song... And then i did not ever stop to listen you... In fact, the Sign of Faith is one of my top-10 Symph albums. And with this live session now still confirming that. You guys are one of my favorite bands. Alga!
I found Alga, after hearing Eleine's song Enemies. And damn, did Helle's voice intrigue me, and I daresay, enchant me. And then to find out she can _growl?_ Hearing that sold me on how much potential Ignea actually has -- and I daresay, I've heard a lot of US fans say that they want to see Ignea on a US tour. Me, I want to hang out with the band, but most of all, I want to have a conversation with the drummer, because that guy is a straight _beast_ on the kit.
I found Ignea in 2015. I remember well when I was looking for new bands with new original sound and theme. And one night, when I discovered Blackbriar with their song Until Eternity the next in line was of course Alga from You. I was hooked from the start. Symphony at the beginning was perfect way to be excited to see and hear what will come next. Then it started and I knew that I found new gem. And when Helle growled during bridge/breakdown part, I was sure that all of You will have more excelent and harder songs in store. Sputnik just ensured me of everything. So far my top favorite is Alexandria and Gods of Fire. Thank You for Your music and may Your Path continue in greater heights!
I discovered Ignea about 2 months ago when I had a suggestion video, Ignea Alga. Blown away by the entire video. Visuals, music, sound.... just amazing! Subscribed that day. ❤️
About four or five years ago I got into a phase of listening to female-fronted rock and metal bands (besides the famous ones like Epica or Nightwish) when I saw in the suggested videos "INGEA -Alga", I thought it was a weird name, but what the hell, let's listen to it. It was SO DIFFERENT from what I had heard, it had a symphony and a metal riff, a keyboard solo, and beautiful clean vocals and growls too! It was really impressive I instantly loved it. I had to check out this band, everything was amazing and their style so unique. I think I listened to your album at least once every single day for a whole week. Not gonna lie, I don't listen to it that often now but every single one of my playlists have Ignea songs and sometimes when I feel like listening to a specific artist (not a "mixtape") I play Ignea. Love you, Ignea, love your music and your art and I hope I get to see you play live someday.
Found ignea like 2 or 3 years ago thanks to the youtube algorithm but only really listened to one song (seytanu akbar). That changed last year when I found the alga vid and really started listening to you, love your work guys keep it up!
Of course the first contact was the song Alga:),offered by UA-cam. Then I heard the whole album and later ordered a CD+t-shirt.I was glad to see you in Bratislava.Wanted to invite you all for a beer but seconds before I noticed not to have enough money:))).
I just discovered Ignea about two weeks ago. The UA-cam algorithms suggested them right after ELEINE!! Thanks UA-cam!!! She and the band are just amazing!!💥🔥💎🖤😍😈🤘🤘
It was the same way a few weeks ago that I discovered this great band. As a 55 year old drummer I truly like your style. Sometimes harder then very melodic.... This song sounds really good live and the version with the orchestra is awesome Great band!!!! I will follow..... 😉
I discovered Ignea this year with this song, thanks to a recommendation from UA-cam. I really got caught with every song of yours. I loved this version of Alga, sounds really great.
About one or two years ago I was listening to music on UA-cam and one of Ignea songs appeared in autoplay list. I'm not sure which song it was (probably Seytanu Akbar), but I loved it! Since then I'm a fan of Ignea and my favorite song is "Petrichor" :) Thanks for your work and your music, it's very inspiring!
I love this song! I think I discovered Ignea back in 2017 / early 2018. My brother listened to you almost everyday. In May of that year you played in my hometown, and I'm still sad I already planned another show that day. I finally got to see you guys live in October 2018 and I never stopped listening to your music. Waiting for the day that concerts will be happening again and you will come back to The Netherlands! 🤘🏻
As many here, I didn't search actively for you, rather YT suggested me Alga. It was two years ago, around December 2018, when I listened more and more to melodic/symphonic metal bands and you popped up. Epic discovery!
Awesome, beautyful, this tune rocks! I hope IGNEA get to play at our "Copenhell" heavy festival in Copenhagen, or that I get any other chance to see them. This I must experience!
I discovered Ignea when listening the Heavy playlist on Spotify. The song was Jinslammer, and after listen it I ran to play the whole album. And then was when 🤯 (my head explodes).
I was browsing a metal website looking for some new music to listen to, and the cover art for The Sign Of Faith caught my attention among many others. I gave it a listen, and did not regret it the slightest. I think I can say you're now one of my favorite bands, and probably my favorite in the metal genre.
I discovered Ignea along with my best friend and brother back in 2017. Unfortunately, he passed away only a month later. Ignea is the last bond we had together.
I know this band since the Orphaned Land concert here, in Kyiv, where I heard them for the first time. That was the love from the very first note! Thank you for your exceptional work, and keep it metal!
I remember the band being suggested with a link with a you tube feed! Boy was I hooked Alga was the first track I heard! Wow then straight to Spotify to download! Listen to them at work and on way to gym so so much! Love Ignea and can’t wait for Covid to be done! I might have to fly to Europe to see them but it’ll be worth it!
I discovered Ignea through a link to a video of this very song that the Canadian singer Leah had posted in a Facebook group she set up, and as I watched and listened, I was like this is a damn good song. I mean very captivating and I have so major been drawn to European style symphonic metal for sure or in cat talk purr sure.
Her clean vocal voice is really good. I'm glad she still mixes it with harsh vocals because the contrast is really something as Is with Jinger lead vocalist. The music video for this song put them on the map. Love Ignea.
@@IgneaBand Great. Helle does have a great voice and style. The musicians are incredible. I only pray that we can all back to normal and see concerts and live performances soon. USA has new vaccines so hope will stop the pandemic
I remember vaguely that I was introduced to Ignea with this song. I recall watching videos of Epica and then you guys popped up. I got a recommendation right after you uploaded the MV for alga. No exaggeration here. Boy, was I hyped for your upcoming songs, and I wasn't disappointed when you released Seytanu Akbar🔥🔥
I discovered y’all just recently last month. I thank Spotify for this because I was listening to my “discovery weekly” playlist and y’all came up and I was like “this band goes hard, especially with a female lead singer, rock on!!!” Also I found y’all on Instagram because of how the system allows you to follow people based on your interests. (Which is a lot of rock bands ) and I’ve been posting about y’all on my IG story every since. KEEP ROCKING ON🙌🏽🙌🏽🔥🔥🔥🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
it's about 2 years ago i discovered ignea through the spotify discover weekly, ever since that day i have been getting weird looks at traffic lights in my old, beat up audi because im violently attempting to sing and shout along... absolutely love the music you make, it has such a unique sound. the first song i listened to by you was "alexandria", wich i still adore and eventhough i tend to lean more towards the more agresive music, "how i hate the night" is one of my favorite songs ever. thank you for the amazing music, can't wait to see you live in the netherlands someday!

We love what you do and would love to see you some day on tour !! 🔥
thank you so much for being open to new bands 🖤 say hello to your friends and family
- again... Mannn! So precise drum, running like a power glue togheter the bass line and very agressive guitar... A "Seitanical" BCRich. ❤️
- yeahhhh.
She sings to sleep every night 😂😂
Ohhh yesss! She dances like Helle in Disenchantment, with her knees on the floor, shaking her body and head.! It's amazing to see that! 😂😂😂
so glad to read that! sending best wishes to you and your daughter
You're a great band. I'm Filipino and i like your songs. Hope i could hear and know all your albums. More power.
ничего подобного не слышал, я в шоке ! это темная лошадка мирового уровня и не просто мирового, как одного из, а первое место по таланту, атмосферности и энергетике ! Живая энергия !
This really hits home now, never give up.
🤘🏻
Dear Helle and boys....you are all in my thoughts at this horrendous time for Ukraine.
Keep strong and keep safe.
Love from the UK.
Xx

that's a great story! we're glad that our music helps :)
You guys are taking 2020 out with a bang !! Going into 2021 with the black flame !!!!
🔥🖤
2020 may have brought great sadness and suffering but behind all of that is music. This group has the purest melodic metal sound I’ve heard in years. Metal isn’t always about screaming, though it’s amazing. Her vocals from singing to screaming are so crisp and she completely owns the track. As for the instrument play I mean come on, it’s flawless and epic! Great on ya guys! Keep it up!
Thank you!
PERKELE!
Please, Covid no more!!....continue to be Fierce!!! This song never gets old🤟🤟🤟!!!!!
thank you so much!
some dude made a symphonic gothic metal radio station mod for fallout 4 and this is by far one of my new favorite bands. she is a dream her voice is pleasing to the ears then it is over and I must go on with my day. sorry just day-dreaming great song
Terrell, that's a great story! thank you for staying with us and for the constant support you're showing us, it helps us to move on!
Чудова робота! (комент для бл***ких UA-cam-алгоритмів)
дякуємо 🔥
I hope all you guys and girls are safe because I want to hear your great music when the insanity of war in this world finally stops.
This song made me a big fan of Ignea and Bosorkun made me a even bigger fan. Wonderful vocals and music.
i loved all the songs in the signs of faith, but for some reason this was the one song that really became even more memorable to me.
Keep on writing lots of songs with the same quality!!!!!
thank you so much! we'd love to be back in Spain
Great song, great lyrics, great singer, great band.
Received the album, and the first of many of Helle’s “thank you” notes, as soon afterwards as US customs would allow.
thank you for being here, Kyle! all the best to you and Alicia!
On right track! Ad Inifitum and unstoppable!
A powerful sound by the band and the beautiful mermaid is amazing, greetings from México city
I cannot get sick of this song. Every time I listen to it, I feel like kicking ass. It's great motivation while I'm cleaning. Great stuff!
Thank you so much!
L 0 0 0 L and since then I can not skip any ignea songs on youtube, my favorite one is Seytanu Akbar, thank you Ignea for being so talented and make it to reach out worldwide
thank you so much, we're so glad you discovered us
Go-go-go!!! 🔥🔥🔥
🖤
They have already demonstrated their resolve in defending their motherland.
I just discovered this band and i love it, if you come to spain, i will be there, simply amazing
Thank you! We’ll come as soon as we can, considering the borders and show restrictions
I discovered the band in 2018 with the song Alga on UA-cam suggestions. But I fell in love when I heard the song Şeytanu Akbar, which is always the first one I show for those who don't know the band. I hope one day to see you here in Brazil.
thanks a lot! we'd love to play in Brazil some day!
And you're welcome to check my attemp to discover the chords of Ignea's songs.

thank you so much, Kfir! we're very glad that we didn't appear to be a one-song band for you, that means a lot to us.
the instrumental version of the latest album, together with tabs, btw, are available upon subscription to our Patreon at www.patreon.com/helleignea. The lowest tier is $2 only so it's cheaper than the album purchase.
the instrumental versions won't be available on CDs, I'm afraid.
thank you once again!
it was 2015 and the year was about to end, just as it is now, a friend of mine send the link to the Alga's music video and told me maybe i could like the song... Thank you for everything, i love you.
thank you for staying with us
Point of no return.
seems like this candidate turned quite a lot of Finnish listeners to us, which is great :)
Ну моя история здесь проста. Я был на выступлении ещё тогда группы Parallax в ныне закрытом "Mетрополе", и тогда ребята исполняли свои тогдашние хиты "Valera" и "Sputnik".
А дальше они взяли название Ignea, я послушал дебютный альбом The Sigh of Faith и проникся.
ооо, это действительно давно) жалко, что клуба больше нет
what a masterpiece and so beautiful voice, thanks IGNEA
As a South African, I don't get to experience a lot of live international metal, so I try to do one trip a year to Europe to catch a festival or two: I discovered Ignea at Kilkim Zaibu 2018. Was one of the most pleasant surprises of that trip! 🤘🏻😄
oh wow, that is just great! good memories from that festival
Yeahhhh ! Ignea for ever
🔥
Happy Birthday Helle Bogdanova!\m/❤🤘🎤
I discovered Ignea a little over 3 years ago. The video for Alga had just been released and came up on my UA-cam timeline, and I instantly fell in love with your sound. I then watched the guitar play-through of Halves Rupture, and knew I had to hear more. I listened to The Sign of Faith the whole way through, and it became one of my favorite albums. I even named my solo music project Petrichor after the song
woooow, thank you, we're flattered! good luck with your project
Nagyon ütős szám, és szövege most nagyon aktuális
Ignea makes its own unique recognizable sound! 👍
thank you 🖤
The very first time I discovered Ignea was exactly by this track. My ex-boyfriend showed me your song... And then i did not ever stop to listen you... In fact, the Sign of Faith is one of my top-10 Symph albums.
And with this live session now still confirming that. You guys are one of my favorite bands.
Alga!
Thank you 🖤
Вітаю в Canada, дуже добра
I found Alga, after hearing Eleine's song Enemies. And damn, did Helle's voice intrigue me, and I daresay, enchant me. And then to find out she can _growl?_ Hearing that sold me on how much potential Ignea actually has -- and I daresay, I've heard a lot of US fans say that they want to see Ignea on a US tour.
Me, I want to hang out with the band, but most of all, I want to have a conversation with the drummer, because that guy is a straight _beast_ on the kit.
hope it'll happen some day!
Thank You for Your music and may Your Path continue in greater heights!
thank you for staying with us since 2015, we value that a lot!
I discovered Ignea about 2 months ago when I had a suggestion video, Ignea Alga. Blown away by the entire video. Visuals, music, sound.... just amazing! Subscribed that day. ❤️
Thank you so much
I love this song! Great to see Helle and IGNEA live again😊🤘
thanks! can't wait to share :)
Thank you! We’re very glad you discovered us!
Alga...the first Ignea song I heard so many years ago...STILL awesome as ever!!! Bravo!! Absolutely LOVED it!!
thank you so much
Found ignea like 2 or 3 years ago thanks to the youtube algorithm but only really listened to one song (seytanu akbar). That changed last year when I found the alga vid and really started listening to you, love your work guys keep it up!
thanks for giving us a proper listen! :)
@@IgneaBand it was my pleasure :)
can't wait for a full live-concert
Of course the first contact was the song Alga:),offered by UA-cam. Then I heard the whole album and later ordered a CD+t-shirt.I was glad to see you in Bratislava.Wanted to invite you all for a beer but seconds before I noticed not to have enough money:))).
That is so sweet! No worries, we’re glad you were there and thank you for supporting us!
I just discovered Ignea about two weeks ago. The UA-cam algorithms suggested them right after ELEINE!! Thanks UA-cam!!!
She and the band are just amazing!!💥🔥💎🖤😍😈🤘🤘
hail UA-cam! thank you!
@@IgneaBand 😂😂😈🤘
It was the same way a few weeks ago that I discovered this great band. As a 55 year old drummer I truly like your style.
Sometimes harder then very melodic....
This song sounds really good live and the version with the orchestra is awesome
Great band!!!! I will follow..... 😉
😈🤘🤘
i have discovered Ignea in April 2020 by a recommondation of a youtuber. I immedeately fell in love with their sound and i am a big fan since that!
thanks a lot 🖤
I discovered Ignea this year with this song, thanks to a recommendation from UA-cam. I really got caught with every song of yours. I loved this version of Alga, sounds really great.
thank you! there will be more songs from the same session

We’ll gladly come back, thank you!
Ця пісня завжди буди у топ 10 ваших !
I discovered Ignea in 2018 during the Female metal voice tour. I was there for Butcher Babies and Ignea was a great surprise.
that was such a great tour, sweet memories!
Alga was the song that made me fall in love with Ignea ❤️
Greetings from Portugal 🇵🇹
🖤 cheers from Ukraine
Great track!
Thanks a lot
Been a fan ever since "A Sign Of Faith" which I found randomly on YT and had to buy - Love from New Zealand :)
Thank you 🖤 love from Ukraine!
3:19 wooowww 😍 an absolute growl roar of a lioness🖤🤘🏻♥️!! Way to go Ignea🖤!!!
more roars coming in other videos from the same session, stay tuned 🖤
As many here, I didn't search actively for you, rather YT suggested me Alga. It was two years ago, around December 2018, when I listened more and more to melodic/symphonic metal bands and you popped up.
Epic discovery!
awesome, thanks for staying!
And then was when 🤯 (my head explodes).
ah, thank you so much!
I was browsing a metal website looking for some new music to listen to, and the cover art for The Sign Of Faith caught my attention among many others. I gave it a listen, and did not regret it the slightest. I think I can say you're now one of my favorite bands, and probably my favorite in the metal genre.
thank you, we're very proud to hear that!
I discovered Ignea long time ago when it called Parallax, thanks to my dear friend Walter (bas guitar)
it was so long ago 🖤
Saw Seytanu Akbar a while back and loved that song, now absolutely adore your band; hoping once the rona is gone you will tour the UK :)
hope so too, thank you!
Vraiment toujours excellent IGNEA, i love you so much
thank you so much 🖤
I discovered Ignea along with my best friend and brother back in 2017. Unfortunately, he passed away only a month later. Ignea is the last bond we had together.
We’re very sorry for your loss 😔
Thank you. Its a fond memory actually. I remember him listening to Alga and saying "that mid-song breakdown makes me want to break shit" 😁😎
Thanks for tagging this upload for me!
🔥
I discovered Ignea here on UA-cam about a year ago. I subscribed to the channel immediately after the first song I heard which was Alga.
awesome, thank you!
Ignea - найкращий метал-гурт України! :)

Послухайте ще Jinjer!
Сонечки.

I might have to fly to Europe to see them but it’ll be worth it!
thank you so much, Alistair!
I discovered Ignea through a link to a video of this very song that the Canadian singer Leah had posted in a Facebook group she set up, and as I watched and listened, I was like this is a damn good song.
I mean very captivating and I have so major been drawn to European style symphonic metal for sure or in cat talk purr sure.
so nice of her to share our video! thank you!
Fantastic. 🎸
Her clean vocal voice is really good. I'm glad she still mixes it with harsh vocals because the contrast is really something as Is with Jinger lead vocalist. The music video for this song put them on the map. Love Ignea.
Thank you! There will be other videos from this session coming up, and there will be more harsh vocals, stay tuned!
@@IgneaBand Great. Helle does have a great voice and style. The musicians are incredible. I only pray that we can all back to normal and see concerts and live performances soon. USA has new vaccines so hope will stop the pandemic
@@jerrybk1 we hope so too!
I discovered Ignea in deezer app last year and I fell in love instantly ♥️
thanks a lot!
I remember vaguely that I was introduced to Ignea with this song. I recall watching videos of Epica and then you guys popped up. I got a recommendation right after you uploaded the MV for alga. No exaggeration here.
Boy, was I hyped for your upcoming songs, and I wasn't disappointed when you released Seytanu Akbar🔥🔥
thank you so much!
Greetings from Brazil👋👋👋
cheers from Ukraine!
KEEP ROCKING ON🙌🏽🙌🏽🔥🔥🔥🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
🖤🔥thank you
it's about 2 years ago i discovered ignea through the spotify discover weekly, ever since that day i have been getting weird looks at traffic lights in my old, beat up audi because im violently attempting to sing and shout along... absolutely love the music you make, it has such a unique sound. the first song i listened to by you was "alexandria", wich i still adore and eventhough i tend to lean more towards the more agresive music, "how i hate the night" is one of my favorite songs ever. thank you for the amazing music, can't wait to see you live in the netherlands someday!
Hahah thank you so much! You’ve got the right to do what you want in your car, right? 😉
