The person playing this probably used a program to capture all the files, and just used the whoooole background (even the parts we shouldnt see), just so it filled the whole screen, and to not have the 2 huge black bars on each side of the screen. Many games, including DB FighterZ, use screen tricks to only show you what you need to see and not what you dont need to see so it can run smoother. Thats why that background doesnt take the entire widescreen. You wont see that anyway, so you can use that processing power on something else.

Legendary Finish (or LF for short or LEGENDS LIMITED as in LL) have been released for the first time in 2019. durin that time in 2019 throughout end of 2020, LL characters were released every 3 to 4 months. At the start of 2021 they decided to release them more often such as Every MONTH. Also the last 4 units that you seen, Super Vegetto, Gogeta Blue, God Goku and Ultimate Gohan, where the LAST characters that were released during the 6th Year anniversary campaign, which ended 3 weeks ago. Yes this game is 6 YEARS old now lol Normal the game doesnt play on Landscape mode. But someone was able to Mod the game in that mode. That is also why you seen most of the left or rightside animations like goku&freezer very buggy. its not on landscape mode if you play it. Also 2 more Legendary Finish (or LF for short) Characters are missing. Omega Shenron and the Brand new TODAY released Legendary Finish Broly Also one more thing. There is the Rarity called ULTRA (it does not have any Legendary finish, but an Animated INTRO when clicking the Card (it shows an INK Brush animation thats COOKING more then alot of games) and an Animation as soon as you enter a BATTLE in game. If you ever wana check that out, some ppl made a video of it. During the ssj3 goku and ssj2 vegeta lf from the Buu saga in the game their a tag unit so basically 2 in 1 and in the game you go into standby mode where you hold out as vegeta as a timer for goku to fire off his kamehameha goes down same with gamma 1 and 2
For ss3 goku and ss2 vegeta, they have a unique gauge that fill every time they switch, and when they do, they have a special countdown where vegeta has to fight midbattle to buy goku time to charge his transcendent kamehameha

For attacking, for ki blasts, for special abilities, and ultimate attacks. You also have a Ki gauge. You have to swipe to sidestep or to jumo to the oponnent, and instead of having a button for punching, and button for Ki blasts and stuff, you use the cards for that. The idea is you do what you can with the cards given to you and you move your character around your oponent, trying to find an opening to attack. While its not Sparking Zero, there is also some skill involved.
