I have just bought the Pionet Pro version and it does not come with the Pionet Add on form. How do I get the add-on plun in as I cannot access it when I search on wordpress.
Hello, I am considering the pro version. I pretty much want the same thing but I want the fare to vary depending on the vehicle or service. For example, for cars I want it to multiply my fare * distance. For truck, a different fare * distance. Is this doable?
Is there a way to put one fixed location for calculation. For example, form airport to specified location? I was looking for this option but couldn't find...
Would you recommend this over the "Cab Fare Calculator" wordpress plugin ?? and I was wondering how would you manage emailing on received orders, since the other plugin does this on its own.
Hi I have not worked with Cab Fare Calculator before. However, from what I could see it will serve the purpose. PAFE is much more versatile, as with the same set of tools you can create multiple other types of forms and configurations. It all depends on your application requirements.
For the emailing of orders - you can set up various types of ‘actions on submit’ that will capture every order and send an email, or add to a database, integrate with other tools etc.
Hi Mdnazmul, This add-on uses the Google Maps Address Auto-complete function only, so it will only show you the start and end destination. Did you try putting in a default value for the pickup location?
Thank you for this. I'm about to buy the pro version. Am I able to add a booking to google calendar with this plugin? Trying to do Taxi ride booking. Thanks
Hi Aleksander, This add-on uses the Google Maps Address Auto-complete function only, so it will only show you the start and end destination. You'll likely need to use a different API for this, which I am not sure will work in this example.
Is it possible to show a list of destination locations filtered by radial distance? Also, can the approx distance for each of the x number of destination locations be displayed?
Hello, I just watched your video and I found it very interesting. I would like to know if you are dedicated to making plugins to sell. If so, please tell me how to locate it so we can agree to send you a plugin for a delivery website, thanks.
The setup would be the same. You'll add the additional form fields you need before/after these fields I've created. You'll then use the calculated field where the total is and use that as your checkout amount.
Hi Adebiyi, I checked and I am able to access this link. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? ultimatewpguide.com/add-google-maps-distance-calculation-to-your-wordpress-form/
Hi Christian, This example uses the Maps Distance Matrix API. It requires an exact address to calculate distances between two points. You may also be able to enter Lat and Long to get a more accurate position. I hope this helps.
Hi, Yes, the API details must be filled into the PAFE settings. There is a specific area for the Maps API. Check out this resource to find out how pafe.piotnet.com/docs/google-maps-address-autocomplete-field/
What is the difference between the PAFE and the Form Builder? Can the two work together? Because I would like to integrate payment system and include more form to the Google Maps Distance Calculation form. Thanks
Hi there, Piotnet Forms is a stand-alone form builder that is not only for Elementor, but can be used with other page builders also. PAFE has the form builder baked in. It also has other features included, but is specifically for Elementor. The features around form building in both PAFE and Piotnet Forms are the same.
Hi there, Look at the videos for multistep form and WooCommerce One Page checkout as well. In conjunction with this video it will provide yo the full picture of what you need to set up where to enable the end-to-end workflow.
Hi Petra, Yes, it will. The beauty of this way of form building is that you decide which fields you want to include and how they need to work together. In this case, the calculated field considers the rate, but you can omit it and just use the distance calculation.
Hi Anirudha, To my knowledge this is not possible. This feature uses an Address Autocomplete field, so therefore requires an address and not just a postal code.
Hi Nealson, With the conditional you should say for the main condition something like [field]>=value then set the [field]=value In the dropdown for the condition there should also be options like equal to, or greater and equal. Try this. If you can’t get it, let me know. Not in front of my pc right now, but I can then check it tomorrow

It would be nice to be able to restrict the search to a custom Google map "kmz" as well as the order and direction.

Hi Nealsen,
You may need to add some conditional logic that stipulates that if the fare value is greater or equal to X, set fare to Y
