    Hi Risper...I also Started walking in Feb ..20 to 30minutes daily...I have lost 5kgs so far...It helps in keeping fit and for those who want to lose weight begin walking and eating healthy Wachaneni Na masoda Na snacks..eat them like once a week...I will try the oat/banana smoothie ❤❤❤
