I made catfish for the 1st time tonite and i used this recipe. I used the paper bag 2 mix the batter like you said you usually do. I soaked the fish in ice water beforehand to make sure its not fishy. I LOVED it! Also used cagun andys seasoning. Omggggg ty so much

Someone help me .. shouldn't the mustard be first . Then seasoning evenly .. mustard is a binder .. doing seasoning first then mustard .. it should be mustard first

It's your food you have to eat it! But I put season on mine first then mustard. Turns out fine for me.
