I had a spinal fusion done where they put rods and screws in my back and they never go off at the airport either. Although the metal detector at work can detect everything in my back! 😂

The swimsuit that adalee (sp) mom had on I am in love with! So so cute!
Your screw may be titanium, which is an alloy. I had double jaw surgery 19 years ago, with 18 screws and an X bracket remaining. I only set off detectors that are on full-blast (like heightened security).
