    khup sunder explain kele aahe.. mala ek vicharayache aahe, aamhi gramin bhagatun aahot, majha mulaga 9 years cha aahe, pan tyache weight, Doctors chya hishobane over weight aahe, aamachya bhagat, pizza burger che fad nahi aahe, pan to Papad shivay jewat nahi, aani week madhye once or twice wada paav khato.. pan biscuits bharpur khato, mi working woman asalyamule sandhyakali 4-5 chya time madhye tyala ji mini bhook lagate to 3-4 packets sampawato..please jamel tar explain kara..

      Hi. Tumhi diet madhe fruits and protein wadhava. Idli, dosa, nachani soup hyani pot bharala ke mula Jasti papad or biscuits nahi khanar.

      @@drrohinipatil sorry doctor, fruits regular ghene parwadat nahi, aani gavatalya lokanna idali, dosa madhye interest nasato, tyat majhi kamachi jaga laamb aahe, tyamule majhyakade pan solution nahi, bhakari khato pan nachani nako.. Aani ek, lunch aani dinner same asel tar to dinner skip karato, sorry doctor sagalech share kele..
