The defences of Cregneash Radar Station, Isle of Man

Construction of the Chain Home Low radar station at Cregneash on the southern point of the Isle of Man started in 1940. The isolated early warning radar station was protected by field defences and pillboxes, most of which remain today. Their construction is unconventional and in this video, I walk through the site and examine some of the more significant remains.
