Mandi (Himachal). Cloudburst has caused devastation in Thaltukhod of Padhar subdivision of Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. Many people are missing after the cloudburst. 35 people have been rescued safely. The district administration has alerted the Air Force for rescue. DC Apurva Devgan and rescue teams left for the affected area on foot. The local administration present on the spot is engaged in relief work. There are difficulties in reaching the spot due to broken roads and paths.
