Thanks for sharing this word! Just had a moment recently where I passed up a prompting where I felt the Lord was telling me to go talk to someone. I had to repent and ask for His forgiveness. This encourages me to keep praying and asking for those moments and asking for the Holy Spirit to give me boldness!

Hey Alex, this has happened to me many times as well. Do not be discouraged but instead ask the Lord to give you the courage and boldness to speak up when the opportunity presents itself next time. God Bless my brother!

When we follow the Holy Spirit, that still small voice is usually Him. When we have the gift of discernment, we can hear His voice (LOUD and quiet). Preach the Gospel to every creature baptizing them and making them DISCIPLES!

So if he believed but didn't repent he wouldn't go to heaven?

No unclean person can stay in His presence...so sincere repentance is required.

@@lynncannon7484 so IF that was true the Bible would say repentance is nessary for salvation in every place scripture mentions it because it would be very important for a person to understand. But is doesn't!! The most evangelistic book of the Bible, John does not speak of repeating to have salvation. I find that to be a huge problem for you!!!

@@jolookstothestars6358 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."- 1 John 1:9
"Produce fruit in keeping with repentance."- Matthew 3:8
"From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”- Matthew 4:17
There are so many more examples of repentance being necessary throughout the New Testament, so if biblical accuracy or the way Christians act is something that drives you away from God then I would advice you to read the New Testament yourself and to study what Jesus himself taught.
