Are you recording your synths in stereo? Should I record synth samples in stereo? I'm currently looking for the right interface for my ipad to do this exact same thing !
Always record in stereo where possible since you can always convert to mono later. Sometimes basses and drums are recorded in mono but I prefer stereo every time so I can modify later if need be.
Its all good, I saw someone else inquired as well. I guess I was just thinking out loud. It would be great if someone made a conversion app for IOS. Like ConvertWithMoss, or kitmaker. I don't think convertwithmoss does beatmaker kits but it will do mpc and decentsampler. Its my understanding Audiolayer can mess with .sfz now too. Im just not sure you can export. So SynthJacker might still be useful@@MobileMusicPro

Where to find the Audio Layer App ?
In the app store, type in audio layer.
Is it possible to sample IAA Appsounds like from iM1? I could not find it in the List because it is not AUV3.
Yes you should be able to sample it via the external instrument method in the app.
