I got a message to buy a vintage video game collection. It turned into an epic vintage toy hunt! Easily my best deal of 2024 so far.

That Tony The Tiger thing was a cereal toy. I had one as a kid. They were meant to go in water. We would throw them in the pool to make them “dive” and then they would come to the surface and “bob” up and down. You unlocked a good memory as a kid. My brother and I would throw them in the pool and then dive off the deck into the water after them.

OMG, I loved Drop Dead Fred! For once I actually wish I got to pick up what you did! Great video. Love that as usual you payed more than what he was asking. What a collection he had but you can tell it wasn’t bringing him joy any more so it was time for him to pass it on to someone who it would! I have one of those glasses but it’s the Empire Strikes Back. Used maybe twice and just sitting in my cupboard. I don’t even watch the movies ever. Guess I should find someone who would like it.

I love when you look at hot wheels. I’m a massive hot wheels guy and it makes me happy when you take a chance on them! Some of the other stuff is super valuable and expensive. If you get it at a good price it is worth your time! Awesome video!

Wow just love the pickups you got in this haul…vintage Tomy figures, Dragonball figures, TMNT stuff, incredible video game collection on top of all that..this is definitely one of my favorite hauls you have gotten Froggy..I’m just like you I wouldn’t be able to pass up those little vintage figures and collectibles..especially how much I’m into video games myself 😅

Frosted Flakes Cereal Toy from my childhood. Get a 2-Liter Bottle and fill it up with water. Place Tony the Tiger into the bottle and place cap back on. Flip the bottle upside down and watch the magic happen!!
I'm pretty sure you can squeeze the bottle and it bobs up and down with the pressure. I remember pulling those from the cereal. I think there is like 6 or 8.
Yeah, it is called a cartesian diver. squeezing the bottle increases the water pressure outside of the diver, so what was floating now sinks... or something like that.@@kurtbertling2511

Hi Froggy! That lava colored looking dragon is from the Crystar line. They had comics and action figures. Pretty cool stuff. Congrats!
And the other dragon with the saddle was made by Imperial as part of their "Dragons, Knights, and Daggers" line. All of which was made to play with MOTU, Remco, and other fantasy figures in the old 80's 5.5 inch style.
Every time the guy is saying “are you interested in the monster lines” or “Do you have one of these” or “this might be of interest to you” even I know it’s something your gonna snap up…

I was obsessed with the garbage pail kids cheap toys line a few years back. When you get into the rare colors such as neon yellow, neon red, orange, make your reservation at the nut house 😂

Hey! Great video as always. That Tony the Tiger thing..if you get a 2 liter soda bottle and fill it with water and then put in the Tony the Tiger and then put on the cap to the bottle and squeeze the bottle, the Tony the Tiger will drop down in the bottle and when you release it will pop up. I believe it came with the cereal at one point. 😃

Sweet score. I used to have the jungle green N64 with controllers. Did the mistake of letting a " friend " borrow it. Never saw it again 😢 that rocksteady is awesome.and that Punch out trophy, I didn't know they existed those are cool !!

I used to have that exact same 2 headed dragon when I was a kid and used it for my MOTU figs lol that’s awesome! I’ll find one someday!
That’s a little Tony the Tiger diving toy from the late 80s had a few of those from the cereal boxes. Put them in water or a bottle and they go up and down by themselves.

That Nintendo power magazine graded is worth almost 10k that was the best pickup of the day.
That would be like the highest grade. This is a very low grade. I still love it though
GPK little figs were sick. Great grabs. It’s like you’re shopping just for me and if you wouldn’t mind just dropping some of those Genesis games off. 😂 I just got mine hooked back up to an old tube tv. Thanks Froggy.

And I have some of the GPK figurines from the trash cans of candy. Also love the Nintendo trophy things. Seen I think pixel Dan get one before
