Why pan the camera so much? Difficult to rest ones eyes on one area. Made it difficult to enjoy the property. But a gorgeous one nonetheless.

The interiors and the exteriors need a lot of work , but if this villa is within Raheja , then it is a good buy for someone from Bollywood... This is a serene area , very close to Andheri by boat and a serene beach close by . And within Raheja , security should not be an issue. All the money is for the location close to Mumbai hotspots.. the villa itself is not that impressive. If sold at a deep discount , someone with a good taste should just raze the villa to the ground and redevelop with all modern aesthetics. The land component is priceless

Firstly its on lower floor, so in rainy season will be flooding issues on ground floor, plus Madh Island bungalows have severe Mosquitoes problems. My cousin has one in the areas and omg...its truly unbearable, after 7pm you cannot open windows at all

can anybody plz tell me.. why this bunglow in such a prime location on sale is way cheaper than many of the luxurious flats in less premium area.. while in bunglow we get the land nd sky with more privacy.. while in flat we dont get land nd sky.. so buying bunglow make more sense right??
I think it's because Madh Island area is kinda secluded. You'd need your own vehicle to travel to most places as autos and cabs hesitate to venture this side most of the time. On the upside, you get serenity and peace in the mad city of Mumbai. The relative isolation of the area is the only reason I can think of for the cost of this amazing house.
Buying bungalow in a prime location in mumbai is out of reach fr most..moreover the upkeep of the bungalow costs a lot.. people think long term.. even the yesteryear actors that had bungalows have sold their bungalows to builders.. not easy to manage the cost of maintaining the bungalow in mumbai. Flats are any time better and u dont have to worry about safety much..

@@ML-jw8kf first of all mumbai is an expensive city .. cost of living is very high here.. owning a bungalow is not everyones cup of tea.. u wont find land in mumbai to buy n build anything as there is hardly any land left.. till the time ur career is going great ,u can maintain a bungalow but once the cash flow stops it becomes very difficult.. most mumbaikars think long term.. pros n cons..fr flat u pay a monthly sum to society n they take care of maintaining the building n everything outside the flat.. ur only concern is the upkeep of ur flat.. all yesteryear actors that had bungalows have sold it to builders long back or their kids have…. builder pays the owner a hefty sum n promise a duplex or 2-3 floors in the same building n rest of the flats are sold fr profit.. outside of mumbai u can buy bungalow which is very very cheap n u can use it like a vacation home but in mumbai not possible.. u have to be srk or amitabh bacchan or some business house to own a land or bungalow in mumbai.. u see all big stars, cricketers reside in flats.. though their flats r huge n very expensive.. even mr ambani has built a building to reside bc vertically u can add as many floors as u want but u cant expand horizontally.. hope ur able to understand now
