I loved this video! I totally agree with your sentiment that the AI is missing that consultative, questioning brain that a designer has. With that said, I actually think there are ways that they could incorporate your feedback into their product so that it's pushing back more and encouraging more direction and feedback with the prompts you're giving! Scarily enough, I think that may be even possible with the current technology. Interesting times we're in! 😅
We definitely agree! I'm sure it's a decision by the founders to make sure the bot always says yes. Part of that could be that as human we're not ready to get pushed back on by bots. Think about how it might feel if a bot says "I'm not sure that's a good idea" 😅. It's like Asimov's second law: "A robot shall obey any instruction given to it by a human." Maybe it's a conscious choice we can all make collectively-that pushing back is something out of the purview of bots!
