The performance was all over the place. The only variable I could think of was the fog and day night cycle but no way should that have such a big impact. 2nd beta is coming soon so hopefully we'll see better results then!
@@SoeZ- ah that's what I feared as it's usually how these betas go sadly. But it would put a lot of peoples mind at ease to see a little improvement at least
how does it gives more fps with 1440p dlss quality+fg than 1440p dlss balanced+fg? i think theres something wrong with monster hunter wilds rn. Lets see if they fix the performance issues in the official release
There is definitely issues regarding performance, that specific clip had some fog in it that does affect performance a little bit but not by more than a few frames at most. I also think the CPU usage is way too low. I really hope they fix it before the full release!

Ok how tf does 4k ultra settings have 50% more frams than high setting while both using dlss and frame gen? What?

damn, with the ps5 beta I was thinking to go back to pc and buy a middle class pc, but seeing this with a high end setup, Im worried about my money...
Yeah it’s pretty bad on both console and PC at the moment.. but still a few months left so hopefully they can get a lot of work done on optimizing
