Namjoon can freestyle very well in korean but not in English and that is what u saw him do trying to freestyle in English cuz even tho he is fluent in English it's still hard for him to freestyle as freely as he would in his mother tongue/language which is korean.

Lol brooo are you kidding RM is the best freestyle rapper ever. In BTS only he can do freestyle rap and in general nobody can beat him in freestyle . He is a Korean rapper so ofcourse in English it will be difficult and that English rapping clip got viral was a fun segment but some stupid people made it viral for joke . RM is a best underground rapper since he was 14 years old .he litrely has hip hop blood so freestyle is not difficult for him at all . You should watch there old promotion interviews where he always introduced the team with a freestyle intro rap.
