This has to be one of the best C-Drama of 2024. The chemistry, the costume designs and the realistic approach on misunderstanding and geting to know each other on square one is on a top level. There was not much angst going around because they both had long for each other's sharp mind and I really enoyed the later episodes with them scheming and fighting together. The only thing I didn't like was how thick the "whitening" make-up of Lord Huaiyang was. Especially in the evening shots it was annoyingly visible and I think that with less make-up he would've still be handsome.
