you can't run any business when on a tourist visa. eventually you'll get into trouble
Can a thai person heir a forigner as a personal assistant or without opening any company is it possible?
But you probably would want to make papers like Visa etc for the foreigners so he can stay in Thailand to assist you.
Legally it’s not allowed for a foreigner to work without a proper visa and a working permit
