Hi Chrisoula, They are building new homes in Orange County but in my opinion not as fast or affordable as we need them to be. I think the Inland Empire has more affordable opportunities than Orange County for both new builds and older homes. Either way the opportunity is in both Counties, just depends on what you decide to focus on. Hope this was helpful.

@@meetrichardreyes Thank you Richard!! I m in Phoenix and summers here are wayyyy to hooooot for me!!!! Doing an internship with various builders out here.....I don t blame the Construction team for not wanting to put up with the heat here!! It sure is slowing productivity !! I am sure things are progressing much faster in Cali, especially with Temperatures being in the 80s👍
