We all love Synthwave, The creators sometimes feel this weird urge to use primary schooler lyrics; or a harsh out tune synth solo that destroys an otherwise magical tune - you've done me a massive favor by sharing all these that don't do that. It looks like we are all similar enough that we go to the same place together when it's all just right. Thank you. - What is it about The midnight - LA... it puts me on the edge of an old memory that i can't quite remember.
@@gergovagyok4191 Apparently for some reason one of the indie artists that I decided to help by including his track in the mix for more exposure all of a sudden issued the type of copyright claim that blocks the video a year after the mix was up. I have no problems with this and I want to trim out the segment with his song, but the online youtube editor is bugged and I cant atm. I've contacted youtube and they are looking into this issue so I can have it up as soon as possible. @@gergovagyok4191 Apparently for some reason one of the indie artists that I decided to help by including his track in the mix for more exposure all of a sudden issued the type of copyright claim that blocks the video a year after the mix was up.
I have no problems with this and I want to trim out the segment with his song, but the online youtube editor is bugged and I cant atm. I've contacted youtube and they are looking into this issue so I can have it up as soon as possible.

I haven't heard that "Wishful Thinking" track until now and I can hear some vague resemblance in the chord progression, but no I haven't sampled that track.
These kinds of accidental overlaps can happen in the music world sometimes with a finite number of notes and combinations on the keyboard. :)

Besides the marketing thing I actually did these mixes with tracks that I really like to listen on a regular basis and the other mixes I found on youtube always included tracks I didn't really like alongside others that I liked so I had to skip parts which defeated the purpose of one continuous experience. :)
@@AllanZaxFair enough, it's a great mix! Some of my favorite retrowave bands/songs for sure. I got to see The Midnight live a couple years ago and they were fantastic. I've also been lucky enough to catch Dance With The Dead and Carpenter Brut in concert.
