I did it in the 6th grade, I can still do it but haven’t done it in a dance since, felt like a one trick pony so now I’m here…. Only to see my one trick be called an ace… 😅 we’ll see how it goes

Hey Pigmie, I need major help! I love calisthenics, parkour, tricking, breaking, flipping, and all that awesomeness. I literally think about it every day!!!! But I have one problem... I DON'T NOWHERE TO START! Would you please make a video of where to start in breaking(and one for tricking) for people at ground zero and what to do after that. Also, I want to FLIP! I can do a front flip, the side flip, and hack flip(almost a straight backflip) on the trampoline. But I want to do it on the ground. Where do I start... Also because of you, I got my backflip back this summer after about half a year because of a bad accident. Thanks!!!! Plus my brother and I love fake weights! Haha! No, Billy, you must believe.
Go to your local gymnastics club...they'll have all you need...most run tricking classes now because it 'cooler' than vaulting tumbling etc but is really the same thing...and you won't break your neck!

Athletic Gaming personally I can’t do a side flip but I can do a backflip on a trampoline so I think a backflip would be easier but start with a spotter
