Reflex integration ke bahut saari excercise hai , 2-3 excercise aapko follow karni hai , aur dheere dheere aap add on kar sakte ho ya fir change kar sakte ho excercise ko
So, from past 2 weeks, my 3.5 year old girl has developed this strange thing of not leaving me for even a second. As long as i go for washroom, she will run after me and cry linke lungs out, no matter father is in room or not. Also, she just want me to hold her , to carry her all time. During sleep, if my hand is not tapping her, she will wake up. What could be the reason. Is it any kind of reflex.

Is it to work in all reflexes simultaneously or we one start one by one after working one area one month?Andone more question my baby ka lower part of the body i.e legside jo hai uska movement is very restricted I am feeling so he can't jump properly kick properly....What may be the issue can you please find?
