I had finished all the research before the Queen passed, so I sometimes refer to her in the present tense rather than the past.

Watching this brought home how much I'm going to miss our beloved Queen. May she R.I.P.
She encompassed duty, integrity and dignity. Her like won't be seen again for a long time to come (if ever). Quite simply, her reign was magnificent. This is precisely why I believe she should be remembered thusly as:
"Queen Eliabeth II, the Magnificent."
Long ago, when she was a girl, she made a vow that she kept flawlessly her entire life. I can think of no better title to honour her memory, mainly because it is genuinely deserved.
Lavoro molto accurato..bravissima.
Peccato che la traduzione automatica sia a dir poco orribile
I met her Majesty in June 2021 in one of her last public engagements.
It was at Cumbernauld and I have finally found out that she wore the Pearl Trefoil Brooch.
I wish I had seen these videos before I met her,so I could ask her about it.She really was a brilliant Queen and the best day ever meeting her.
It is so wonderful how these family heirlooms are passed down through the generations. Such a profound connection with all the women of this family.
It's a joy to see HMTQ so happy, and feeling the love behind these pieces, as much, if not more, than any monetary value. She loved finding the perfect piece to wear, and to send a special message through her jewelry for each occasion. God bless HMTQ 🙏 👑 🌹
Just so beautiful, I miss her…
This collection is nearly endless. I saw some I hadn't seen before but can't pick a favorite.
Oh wow, so lovely to see these close up and some I have never seen before thank you thank you
I also loved the late Queen Elizabeth's brooches, and also her hats, and many of the coats, and dresses that she wore throughout her life.
Thank YOU for compiling all this info!! Fascinating.
I love the Celtic style of the brooch at 18:30 very pretty
Absolutely priceless!!!
So beautiful! Really enjoying these videos! Thank you much for making them. 👍🏻🤗
Thanks; that was a very interesting video
Yay! We are so excited! You do such wonderful original series! We love this and the tiaras most of all... 💎 💍 👑
Also maybe an auction of just the queen's hats would help the UK people! Her hats were gorgeous. I can imagine maybe throwing a brooch on a hat.
Yes, some people would love to own a hat that the Queen wore. They could hold raffles so people could buy in and the proceeds used to help the people afflicted.
No chance of that happening 😂
Haven’t watched these 3 but would like to say….
You’re from the north east, so you I’m biased.
The research you’ve done and the detail in your videos is literally the best on UA-cam.
Thank you Ruth/Sunderland x
The late Queen Elizabeth loved her brooches more than any other pieces of her jewelry in my educated opinion. They were all a great way to express her personality, despite being in extremely formal occasions most days. However I don't see Princess Catherine being willing to wear any more elaborate or flashy jewelry in the future, as she has made it very obvious that she prefers small, and simple jewelry, to the point of being boring, and too safe.
I assume the queen had a person who picked out her clothes every day. Do you know if she had a person pick out matching jewelry for each outfit? She had so many beautiful pieces of of jewelry and so many beautiful clothes if I were the queen I would be forever in the dressing room trying to pick of clothes and jewelry. Great post. ty
I would think that if she had someone pick out her clothes, that person would know the history of each piece of jewelry and make suggestions.
I will miss seeing her beautiful smile!
@@MarshalltonUMC792 You are probably right. Could you imagine the task of picking out her jewelry? I'd love that job. Queen Elizabeth did have the best smile and she smiled often.
Angela Kelly was her long term dresser, she also designed and sewed for the Queen 👑. And she was the "keeper" of the royal jewelry. She was the one who faced Meghan's wrath when Meghan was refused the Vladimir tiara. Angela was told by the Queen which tiaras would be available to Meghan.
@@elizabethreed5178 Thank you very much. Now I learned something new.
@@patbowman6723 She has a book out, the Queens Dresser. It was published about 10 years ago with the Queens blessing. Great photos.
Blessed 🌴 🌴👋👋👋🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇
Wow wow wow
My grandmother, born way before the queen, was given lots of costume jewelry brooches and I have a ton of them, very pretty but I don't dress formal enough to even wear those, imagine precious metals and stones? Almost exact replicas of some of these I'm seeing in platinum gold and silver with real stones.
So happy to know these gems will stay with the genuine women of our royal family and that a woman like Meghan Markels personality didn't get away with any of it. It would have been no more than thirty.
It would have been no more than theft. I meant!. And at least whoever wears it will respect what those pieces meant. Not turned into something else without thought or care at the least.
It would have been nice to hear about the Queen pearls to they are beautiful gemstones to
Her most beatiful pices are not the tiaras but the pices she got from her husband Phillip
You have a lot to go, I lost count at 145 brooches many years ago.
La de Marei Enriqueta Lassoce y Los Renvir son más bonitas . (1880-1985). KML.
I hope your sore throat gets better.
The queen ELIZABETH is the only one of the royal which can wear hats
How many of these JEWELS WERE STOLEN?
This is such heartbreaking knowing that evil Cowmila does have access to all these beautiful brooches and jewels. One can only imagine Princess Diana being alive today as she would have been this beautiful stunning well-loved Queen of England, how no countries of the commonwealth or what left of the evil British empire would want to axe the monarchy. I am still hoping that neither Chuck or Cowmila gets to be crowned next year.
I love seeing this but you know if some of the pieces were sold at auction.... and the proceeds given to the people of the UK for food /heat/gas it would make such a difference and also to provide security for ALL the royal family for years including Lilibet and Archie, Eugenia, Beatrice and any other royal that could be a target of kidnappers or snipers. Think of all the good these jewels of even one quarter of these at auction could do for the UK! Much less the commonwealths that need things. I love seeing them but nobody much wears brooches these days, it was a time that it was popular but necklaces, rings, earrings and pendants are much more preferred
I disagree. If in the past this were done we wouldn't be able to enjoy this gorgeous collection. Some things deserve to be protected, preserved and passed on to be enjoyed by future generations.
@@annabellevaughn5968 I see your point, but if sustaining the monarchy thru goodwill could happen, would that not be better? They could always buy them back later. The monarchy is dying and needs all the help/goodwill/pr it can get.
