Dear Sir,
I am seeking your advice regarding my application for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). I have been working with UCL since June 2019. After the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, UCL permitted me to work from home, so I returned to Pakistan. I only traveled back to the UK for a visa extension and then returned to Pakistan.
As a result, I have breached the 180-day absence policy for ILR. If I apply for ILR with supporting documents and a detailed explanation of my circumstances, do you think my application would be successful?

Sir I came to UK in 2021 November on spouse visa my wife is skilled worker with NHS .so recently I went India for holiday had argument with her .she requested home office on gov .UK.for cancellation of my visa as separated.and I was working as Health care assistant in NHS hospital I have not resigned.my wife is threatening that if I come UK.she will complain to the police.i told her I will stay in different accommodation.she didn't agree .my visa expires in Feb
