The heating of the oil is a much more important factor making seed oils “dangerous” to health. Restaurant deep fryers are 400 degrees or more and are used to fry hundreds of items before the oil is changed. Grills are the same, the oil is used over and over until it’s indescribably toxic. Linoleic acid content of seed oils and also found through nuts is an essential part of the human diet. Just get it in raw, extremely less oxidized form.

Its not really essential. There been foundings of many viking who resorted to grind nuts to make bread and they ended up dying from all the toxins that excist in these nuts. Other animals that eat nuts like parratos will also need to eat lots of mineral clay to detox this out. Pigs will do the same thing if the have access to mud or clay.

LA is not an essential fatty acid by any means. Just because we don’t make it on our own (probably for good reason!) doesn’t mean we should be filling up on LA and making ourselves insulin resistant.

I'd like to say Although I completely agree with you I feel you are focusing on linoleic acid alone. In the food matrix as it occurs naturally I think it is not as bad as you state it is. If you are eating these oils it is unnatural. Heavy amounts of linoleic acid occur in these oils and we are not designed to consume it. But the deeper spectre these oils are rancid. Eating lard compared to eating grape seed oil for example the 2 are not the same so you can't compare them. You could apply the same paradigm to eating sugar in that sugar is bad not good for humans to consume it does not matter what source it comes from. Yet you point out sugar from fruit and honey are fine because they occur naturally in the food matrix. The bottom line seed oils really are comparable to Petro they are bad do not eat. Another example of bad 😁 When I drive by restaurants and smell the oil it reminds me of varnish; paint. The smell actually makes me light headed similar to inhaling paint fumes or gasoline emissions. It affects my breathing. I think these oils should be banned. They are literally cleaned to make them"edible" oxy-moron! These oils are poisonous before we can even discuss the unnatural amount of linoleic acid that occurs in them. I can eat a couple of pork chops and be satiated not even come close to the amount of unnatural linoleic acid I would be consuming in one tbsp of canola oil. I don't eat a lot of pork but on occasion I do eat some and use lard. But that does not make me sick. I could go on and on about this. If one would not eat industrial lubricating oil why would one eat seed oil because they are made from the same source. Vegetable seed oil was discovered by accident and sold to us as a viable source of food. I refuse to eat it period. I mean one wouldn't eat Petro unless death is what they seaked, my apologies for the morbidity. Thanks for all you do Paul!

Check out Brad Marshall's research. Seed oils theory is just the introductory phase and justification for the most basic of diet advice: avoid processed foods (deep fried, mayo?, plus junk food). Brad Marshall's theory of Linoleic and Linolenic driven obesity is the real story. Long story short: both downregulate metabolism and trigger frequent hunger as a means to enter hibernation.
humans are in perpetual hibernation (our body temperatures are colder on average by several degrees than what they used to be

I usually have it twice to three times a week. About 100g to 150g each time.

@ChristIsKing Look into "Tartaria The Millennial Reign of Christ Happened"
The timeline is distorted. We don't live in 2022 like the lucirferian freemasons who control this world told us...we live around 1270ish AD
70AD began the Millennial Reign of The Christ, 1000 years later there was a worldwide reset when satan was released from the abyss to deceive the nations of the world one final time, and the first thing he did was distort the timeline, so 1070AD immediately became the late 1700s or early 1800s
Assuming it was the early 1800s, that would be 200 years ago, meaning the real year is 1070AD + 200 years later, or 1270ish AD
Don't ask me questions, look for the answers in Revelation 20:7, we live in "The Short Season"....youtube the videos, start with the channel "The Unexplained Cosmology" and type "Mud Flood" "Tartaria" Millennial Reign of The Christ"

Since it is polyunsaturated fat, which saturated fat is better and saturated fat cause problem to Omega 3 or 6, so it is lower bond the 3, so that is cold oil that is natural take away from nuts or eating the nuts, so not good to eat alone, the oil?? Cold press the nuts to get the oil, so what happens to the body, and how does it become bad for tissue?? How does it affects bacteria? Acid to all other acid? Good and bad. The orange part is urec acid that is cook, so bubble in urine? What acid is that?
