- English isn't my first language, so for years I didn't put a description under my videos but I do now.
I want to ask anyone who shares my videos to please give me credit. It takes so much time and effort to make them, I have to search for the clips, choose the music, put the overlays and text, etc. Some people have asked me if they could use my videos, and as long as they gave me credits, I have no problem with it.
It's discouraging to find stolen videos with more views than the originals I made (I think this applies to every editor out there).

This movie was heartbreaking, I cried at that scene when he was shouting for Leyna because I knew something was gonna happen. But why dude?! Like couldn’t it have been some nice Disney ending..

for a moment i really thought they would make it, but its ww2, there's no happy endings. I cried until my tears ran out :(
As heartbreaking as the ending was, it was inevitable. The father killed Lutz out of love because he would have been tortured and killed anyway for loving a black girl and similarly, Leyna would have been killed for loving a Nazi. This way, at least Leyna got to live and give birth to her baby. 😢

I think they wanted to show that during the 2nd world war everything was unfair,to show that even if you haven't done anything they don't make any difference.The way the movie end just show the injustice and I think the ending is right in the way of expressing that (hope i didn't make too much mistake i'm french)

This movie was so heartbreaking. It was really sad ofc but it really hits when you realise this was somebody’s life. To be treated with such discrimination because of your colour and then on top of that, to be punished for loving someone you’re ‘not meant to’. It’s such an amazing movie would definitely recommend

It’s beautiful how the story had always been teaching us the same. Love has no walls, color, ideology... When love comes you don’t think of any other thing that what that person make you feel.

A very sad story. I was so sorry for her, she was pregnant, and Lutz, he was shot by his own father. Since 1917 I have followed the footprint of Georg MacKay, great actor with big potential.
Why his father kill him?
Really annoyed that Lutz and Leyna didn’t get a good ending but it shows the reality of how it would’ve played out if somebody during the war loved a woman of colour. Shows the reality of it which is amazing but also bloody wrecks me. I cry every time.
This film made me realize that you should cherish ANYTHING you have. I literally cried for hours😢❤️

This was a beautiful story. And this is history... what is sad is that we are killing our people... we are killing each other when we really should be helping each other. And I could never understand why people dont like other people for their race... When I see another person of another race, I see another human being, not just some animal, like some people do.

This movie was beautiful and heartbreaking all in one, one of my all time favorites. I wanted them to win and overcome all. And in there heart and souls they did. They loved ❤️beyond color beyond rich or poor. I cried like a baby 😩😭❤️
