I think the most impressive skill besides your flawless aiming is the ability to locate enemies. Maybe a video dedicated to that alone would be neat. Like about sound, deduction, map knowledge etc. :)
I recommend playing trials if you haven't already, do multiple tries there you can learn all the nooks and crannies of the compound, after a while you get used to the sound everything makes and it's always good to have quality headphones with 3D sound.
The calmness of running straight into a fanning guy and immediately handling the situation. I think that mentality is one reason behind the win. My mind would have been windows error.
The NPC Spawning Tip can also apply to Special Noise Traps. Playing *Ash Bloom* and you hear dogs in the distance? Someone had to be nearby to spawn them. In a *Thunderstorm*, birds are similar. If you see/hear and bunch of birds flying off at a nearby compound you havent been to ***_as the rain intensifies_* , someone else may have spawned them. You may even be able to glean something from the *direction of flocks*, as many hunters wont care about setting off birds as the rain becomes heavy. Note that all birds fly off at the same time, so listen for staggered bird sounds, thats the best way to tell. The range for spawning noise traps is a bit finicky though, more-so than NPCs, so its not a hard fast rule. But, it can be a potential red flag that's helped me predict where people may be/where they could be going plenty of times. Real Sherlock Holmes type stuff 🕵
Literally this, great explanation. Like you said, not always a set-in-stone deal with the noise traps, but a general indication of where you think people are in that area. Always good to keep track of what should and shouldn't be around after you've cleared the first compound for the clue, especially if you've got atleast a couple hundred hours into the game.
I have also 100% gaslit myself AND my teammates with this understanding, so try not to let your paranoia get the better of you like it does me. Hunt's sound-driven Pavlovian trauma is Real lol.
Disagree with the stagger on birds flying off during heavy thunderstorm. The birds always get triggered in small delays. Sometimes almost simultaneously, but more often than not like 0.3 second appart. But it should all happen within the same second, anything more spaced than that would be triggered by hunters.
The unfortunate thing about the dogs thing is that the range in which you can hear dogs is also the range in which they are spawned when it comes to ash. So there's actually no way to specifically discern a team spawning them in versus them being spawned in by the ash and barking and you being in range of the barking sound. This is not the same when it comes to birds and thunderstorm. Their spawn radius is MUCH smaller as they aren't a noise-only trap, they are also a visual trap so they are bound by a "contact radius," unlike caged animals. So yes, if you see/hear crows alighting during the thunderstorm that definitely means that a team/hunter was near enough to spawn them in. This is just not as reliable when it comes to caged animals though. At least...that's been what we've (me and my hunting parties) gathered in our experiences playing this event.
You can reach that too, with time. I have about 2.5k hours in Hunt now and ofc in a stressful situation Rachta probably would've better situational awareness.. but aiming and stuff is 90 % just preaiming spots where your enemy will be, the longer you play the better you can guess the time frame in which enemy takes a peek. Just try not to tilt and keep playing. You will get there and be great at the game yourself.
I have over 5k hours in this game but I have a feeling that I was better at prediciton before than now. idk why or how it happened. I feel like Im more confused now and not as sharp as i used to be@@gregorh.3919
I've been watching you for a few years now and this style of video is very well done and super informative. I would love to see one for duos and trios if possible!
RachtaZ, I've been watching your videos for a hot minute now and I think this video format is my favorite from you, because else all we mere mortals witness is you cutting a swath of carnage through the bayou. I love seeing your explanations and mindset! I hope for more, Cheers!
1:20 - So that was true! I always said to myself "I just saw Zombies spawn, so I guess nobody must have been here yet?" but I never really thought about it the other way as I thought the mobs spawned in because I loaded them in.
really really cool. reminds me of a video you made ages ago that taught me to hold angles. would love to see the really really chaotic sections broken down even further with some pauses for VO or more text? my craziest take away is that you are listening all around at the same time as focusing on an individual hunter, allowing you to queue up actions leaving no hesitations.
This kind of content is extremely helpful for improving my own playstyle. If possible please make more of these :) it is amazing how you "read" the sound and then point out "OK, one guy there, one guy above and one guy there" .i understand how important that is and on a basic level i do it myself, however i often find myself misinterpreting sound clues. but i guess this is something you cant show / explain better in a youtube video sadly.
Something like that is really helpfull! And it is nice to see how you play this game! Please do more of this kind of videos! You can add even more things in the editing! Those hints are very valuable!
I think your explanations are awesome. I learned so much stuff from you for that game. looks like fast and effective push with the decoy throwing and window jumping for kill. it fits your overall playstyle. I would like to see more videos like this.
I found this really helpful. I know that this might be somehow manageable for you to talk over your thoughts while you fight, but if it does not mean too much effort, you could potentially just voice over a random video afterwards, so you do not get distracted by talking to your audience and you might even analyse the more chaotic scenes more easily
Man.. Dude..)) It`s so delicious to watch that kind of outplaying! So masterpiece)) GJ!) And when you are explaining your thoughts and decisions - it looks even better and easier to understand what`s going on)) Thank`s for tips and that juicy Romero)
Love this format, you might wanna try to do the commentary later. I think doing it in real time is fine but there were so many instances where I wanted to know a little more about the decision making.
Yea like if there is a lot going on maybe even pause the video and going thru everything he is calculating in the moment would be cool. But this was very thorough still👌
I really really liked this one, please do more of these. I know it's hard sometimes to comment, while fighting.. but those little notes were perfect and even this one single video alone helped me a lot understanding how other people would play. I am only at about 100~ hour of hunt, i have good aim, but i really suck at the decisionmaking
Rachta, you have taught me so much over my Hunt career. *I needed this!* bcuz I have been playing way too aggressive lately and even in lower MMR I’ve been getting owned. This was a refresher (for me) and I hope that you gain a lot of traction from this as it’d be well deserved! Maybe an idea in the future use a budget loadout where you “only hit body shots” because most players can’t reliably click heads. That’s what a lot of my Community has told me they have issues with. Thanks as always!
@@friendlyplayer92 - Yeah, I mean they’re a lot of days where I struggle to hit heads as well and with that it forces me to play differently then if I removed the threat with a headshot. The rotations are different, the reactions are different, the defensive is different, much more of a different challenge to over come.
That some nice video!, i always learn by playing and watching your videos smashing buttons but now i see you game-thought process, it made me reorganize mines aswel, i learned a lot of things! nice work bud, i'd love to see more of these!
Another aspect that isn't oft commented on for newer players is learning the sounds of the guns. Knowing if your opponent is around the corner with a Romero, Rival, or Crown will seriously impact how/when you can approach a fight or peek a corner
Im not even play Hunt at this point, but still watch some of your videos and this is EASY one of the best. Not only a obscenely good shots, but also a great video with all this knowledge in display. Please... Do more like this one! Congrats!
Definitely need more videos like this i am trying to learn how to become a pro on console while also dealing with lag spikes occasionally so it Definitely helps with my processing for gun fights and how to handle different situations even in a duo.
Listening to an expert discuss their thought process is not only entertaining but valuable to people who want to learn. More content like this please, really appreciated the perspective. As you said, every match is different and there is a lot of opportunity for commentary that is unique and specific.
That was legit so helpful... Some small things like the already Spawned AI on game start are obvious things but never looked at that... You coud certainly make more of these
King of the hunt at work with 14kills, like a walk in the park... 😅 Such patience and control, keen senses on your surroundings it's amazing to see. Great content Rachtaz!
Usually I'm not commenting anything, but god damn, Your game sense is insane - reading enemies, movement, crosshair placement...Just wow! Hope I willlearn to play like this one day :d
Yeap its crazy. I got 300hrs and still struggle with some compounds. Like i was just solo in stanley coal, banished boss, a team arrived and i just blanked 😅 didnt know the compound well enough to challenge them so i just booked, managed to extract but i kinda wanted to fight them. Maybe i should try this wait banish outside lair strat
It is videos like these that make RachtaZ the best Hunt Showdown player. Very calm and collected, while taking down a whole server with a Romero and Nagant Officer.
I learned to play FPS games on a potato PC with low framerate terrible internet and high input lag. For these reasons, i always sucked at peeking, and thus learned to develop my own style of playing. I always play proactively, because this was the only way i could win against people, and i always try to predict when aiming. I rarely find any success in playing reactively, and for this reason, i don't trade as often as my friends i play hunt with. On the other hand, i don't get as many easy kills, because i don't usually just turn a corner and click heads. Love to analyze this stuff - love the video. Do more please.
I think the nagant pistol variant is great for making money, very cost effective. I enjoyed this kind of perspective, this is better for learning what to do in real time vs planning what to do, and you were not as distracted since you were doing alot of info on the side that is important that you can't do on the fly.
Yeah, awesome Rachta. It doesn't really matter that I could probably only apply about 10% of your advice in one game... little observations like spawn range of immos, when to hold or push etc. can all be in mind when I'm playing. For me it's not just about winning or even just getting better but enjoying the depth available in the game as much as I can.
Please do more of these, it's so nice to see you play without distractions. The commentary and extra text notes are top notch too!
Yeah, this should be a regular series. No other big hunt creator does it, either. I think people would love that.
yeah bro pls
Yes please and over-explain snipers, shotguns, and dual wield game would be good
Really clean Game! Outstanding Format indeed. I‘m sure people would love to see more of these aswell.
Keep it up!

@@STR-sd4rt no 3D sound. Just regular stereo ones. Surround sound etc will mess audio up
The calmness of running straight into a fanning guy and immediately handling the situation. I think that mentality is one reason behind the win. My mind would have been windows error.
I suppose over 9000 hours may have that effect on your brain
Need more of these kinda vids!

"In Solo try to have 1v1 fights" me dying in the first 1v1 instantly

One of the cleanest gameplay i've ever seen, well played
Please do more of this Rachta, I asked if hornet could do this and he boolied me for it so thank you
Common Hornet L
Best Hunt player I've seen hands down , more of this please .
This is exactly the equestion I was asking myself, after watching a couple eof videos. Thank you for the video!
I've been watching you for a few years now and this style of video is very well done and super informative. I would love to see one for duos and trios if possible!
i learned so much i want you to make multiple parts so that we can experience different approaches in different scenarios. Thanks for the content
Rachta you are an inspiration, you are so good at what you do, its crazy

Really liked this one. Honestly, it makes your intense gameplay more relatable and engaging.
Very well done guide video.
Thank you & keep 'em coming! 🤠
The fine tuned hearing you have is unbelievably admirable

Thanks for the video! Entertaining as always!
Please do more of these! I've been playing Hunt for a few years now and I'm still learing alot from you.

Glad you are doing a commentary video again. I really liked your how to play as a solo series
Love this. It's great to hear how you think during these games. More like this, please!
I loved this type of content. Pls do more!!
damn, great content bro! thx a lot rachta. feels very good to learn so efficient. 😊
Whoa, well played, respect your skills and insights, you read the enemies so well and think so clear in such tight fights, most impressive

Definitely need more videos like this i am trying to learn how to become a pro on console while also dealing with lag spikes occasionally so it Definitely helps with my processing for gun fights and how to handle different situations even in a duo.
Loved this! Would be really great to see more of these. So much of your reasoning was things I had never even considered.
Loved this type of video! Would love to see more them with different types of load outs and boss encounters 2 bos etc
Love this style of video! More please!
Oh, this is one of my favorite videos you've done! Thanks!

More of these videos for sure man!!!
I learned a lot from this. Id love to have more videos like this made by you

Thank you for an awesome and very educational video!
Love your playing. You are a true pro. Trying to get good like you!! 🤙
Great format - love it!!!
Hell yeah.

This was really really good! Thanks for sharing
Excellent play and video.
