It's too bad that Gaston is the only villain character. I would've like to see more villains. Such as Jafar, the Evil Queen, Maleficent, Captain Hook, and many others.

Create the world again. And the characters will appear at their appropriate spots. It happened to me where Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Belle were missing my first time.
