Great information ,I certainly look forward my coffee in the morning . I agree intrinsic motivation is the best, I think adjusting our favorite music helps immensely. I believe when things come naturally, it makes you feel much better.
It’s great you don’t push supplements as the best.

I just put this in an older video of yours but I’m not sure if you’d see it so I thought I’d put it in a newer show of yours.
I’ll put this here because I don’t know where else to go. I’m 53, in good shape, no major issues and have struggled with sleep for at least 10 years. I’ve gone through sleep therapy/studies. Done proper sleep hygiene. I eliminated, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine (snuff), starchy carbs, sugars, bought a ridiculously expensive sleep number bed…no help. I don’t have apnea and I don’t snore. BUT here is what I’d like help with, over the past few years I’ve had procedures where I’ve been put under with anesthesia. When I awake, and for the few days following, I feel like I could run a marathon.. like I’m ready to sign up for another adventure run. My thoughts are clear my mood is incredible, I’ve got more energy than I know what to do with.. just gotta get things done type of energy. Then slowly it fades and I’m back to terrible sleep, low energy, etc.. I’d like to find someone that could help facilitate a study with me to maybe see if there is a correlation. 🤷‍♂️

@@RespireOfficial I don’t like coffee and caffeine makes my body feel shaky. I’m wondering what if anything would help me as I’m starting my resistance training again and it’s been a while. I’m quite petite and feel like I’m looking for something to help with keeping my energy levels up whilst training and eating good foods. Thank You for your videos I have just came across and started watching them all. You are an inspiration 🙏🏽♾💜
