This song is deceptively difficult. Steve Perry from Journey made it look so easy and it is said that Steve Perry was pitch perfect? Gabriel’s version is absolutely STUNNING! 🤩 His whistles are gorgeous but his belts and long sustained notes are what will tug at your heart. He has both and that makes him super talented. I would guess he also has a pitch perfect ear as well. You cannot hold a note like that for that long with no vibrato and end in vibrato unless you know pitch and know your voice. He has it ALL!
