There are various ways to fix squeaky sound from floors, sometimes applying a lubricant like WD40 to the problematic area, can fix the issue. It occurs due to movement of floor boards, for major issues, nailing down the floor boards again is the best option. It can be done from the basement as well. Try DIY options recommended on UA-cam first, if that won't resolve it then look for a handyman who can do flooring work as well
