Headkick victims bonding together
💀💀💀
He won the first fight against Justin and he was winning that fight until the headkick.
@@JopJio He was getting frustrated against gaethje in the second fight because he couldn't land much on him and because gaethje's boxing had improved, not to mention the salt Lake elevation fcked him over and he was visibly gassed then justin just boom cracked his skull THROUGH HIS FOREARM
Lol
You do realize Dustin won the first round...@@JBJMMA
DC had flashbacks when Dustin said “I’m still not over it” 😂
Bones has entered the chat .. 😅
Yes
I thought the same thing lmao
Yeah, his face said it all
He’s like I’m still not over jones fight
Dude has never lost 2 in a row for a reason.
Ya his career is impressive! Been fighting forever, stays active and always vs top guys
😂 never had a belt or a 5 fight win streak for a reason.
@@sukmynuthating on a man who is more successful than your entire bloodline combined 💀
@@sukmynutAre you dumb? He has one 7 fight win streak, one 5 fight win streak and two 4 fight win streaks and he was also interim champ.
@@sukmynut Haters are never doing better. Keep the hating up warrior
It’s 1-1 now. Trilogy fight to end the story
This is actually one trilogy I could do without, we all know how it’s going to go after 2 amazing fights and the damage that they’re going to take, actually enjoy seeing how they’ve stacked up to the new ranked guys but maybe if they’ve both still got it and it’s a title fight down the line
If it's for the belt. Then sure.
Imagine Gaethje beats Max for the BMF, Dustin beats Islam for the title
Then we get Porier vs Gaethje 3 for the BMF/ Championship unification
@@izzymizzle❤
@@izzymizzleI love that timeline
Taking a break after getting knocked out is what a lot of fighters should do and he made the right choice. Too many guys get knocked out and try to get back to it too fast just to get knocked out again.
I have been KO'd twice playing hockey, most people have no clue how long it takes to be 100% again! The last one took me a solid year to be even close to normal again.
Yup perfect example
Is volk
Alexander the great
@@rondofuentes6271ehh more so his team to blame for that, they pushed it hard after the islam 2 fight
Honestly he didnt take long break, he needed like 7-8 months to be back with a win already. Some fighters take longer breaks without getting ko.
Dustin is one of the greats that takes a loss like that and still comes back like a champ
I see nothing but excuses. Justin won the entire fight. He put damaging Shots and hurt dustin many times. Justin Was a complete New improved fighter compared to their first fight. I see Justin Winning the third fight again

One of the most well spoken, humble, classy killers to ever do it.
Him, GSP, Wonderboy and Bobby Knuckles have the best personality.

Admitting he needs time after a head kick ko shows why we all love this man ❤
Dustin's a straight boss for admitting it
came here to say the same thing. DP keepin it real. it's why we love him until the end.
Dp is a certified legend bro
his boxing is something else🔥
Absolutely.
I agree with you 100% but this is the fight that I don't think he's gonna be able to overcome Islam is going to take him to the ground and punish him
@@user-hb5dj6ni3o oh this is a fact! If there is any holes in his game its the ground/wrestling. Against good opponents he can get it done but against elite wrestlers ...(Islam/ khabib) i think its a L for dp. I still fux wit em tho ⏸
@@vitotntceo I say that Islam dominates so much that it's over in the fourth
You can't hate Dustion poirier, down to earth warrior and he always come back strong
I used to not like the guy but the more interviews I saw told me he’s a good dude
Gaethje is a class guy.
Same with Dustin, so much respect for them both as men.
@@JstPF-93the respect they have for each other is what truly makes it amazing
@@kjkap497 Yeah I always like seeing genuine love between fighters
@@JstPF-93I feel the same way. It's way better than them talking shit.
Dustin is the most wholesome class act in the UFC
Anyone else down for the trilogy. They're 1and 1.
They take years off of each others lives everytime they step into the cage together they've given us two absolute barn burners I'd be ok if they didn't have a tie breaker
@@jefferyburns5808I 100% agree with u
Only if it's for the belt.
I'm actually enjoying these guys going up against the younger generation. It's win-win for me as a fan. I really enjoy it when the legends win but it's also only fair to give the guys below the top 4 a chance to show what they've got
@@paulfrancois7653agreed for some reason idc unless it’s for the belt , I don’t mind not seeing them break the tie
@@JonathanGonzalez-jz4tdit’s almost better if they don’t leaves years of debates and to wonder what would happen is almost better than 1 of them losing as there both amazing. Justin got KO HARD AS HELL at 300 as well. Dam. I didn’t know max had power like that. He himself always joked they call me pillow hands Holloway. He said he was stronger than ever tho and ppl would see the difference. Gotta love max Ime the best boxer in the ufc Holloway 😂
That kick hit the off switch
Yup and disturb turned the lights on last night
@@jonathanvaldez6565 watching that live was amazing. Really happy Dustin won. He won't be champ and that's fine. But I was not gonna be cool with him losing to that Frenchie.
@rafayg7376 Man, I'd love to see him as champ, just one time. Would be some wild shit at his stage if he could make it happen.
@@JstPF-93 It's possible that he may have a better time against Islam as opposed to Khabib. But it needs to happen ASAP. He doesn't have forever. Most people don't know he turned pro in 2009. That's a long time.
it was strange because Dustin wasn't completely out, he was looking at the lights on his back but his body got shut down, wouldn't be surprised if he remembers it
Dustin can go on a Tony Ferguson fighting streak and I still absolutely love him
pure class.
That judgement call that the fighters make “Are they hurt enough to go finish?” Is soooo tough. I’ve seen many men blow all their energy when they thought someone was more hurt than they actually were, and then there’s this situation where he may have been more hurt than Dustin thought. Craaaazy shit man
Then there's Nate Diaz who just points and laughs
@@booneminshall2598how old are you?
@@jefferyburns5808 old enough to know my age isn't relevant in a comment section? Why?
well its also how they go about going for the finish. Alot of guys just started punching crazely trying to finish and gas themnselves out where as if they threw some knees and elbows, they would find more success.
Porier is the definition of what a fighter is.. KO-ed, Submitted, yet coming back like never before
DP is an MMA legend who brings it every fight for the fans. Outside the ring, he brings it for humanity. We need more men like Dustin in this world right now.
Lol

And then knocks out a special forces dude 😂

Gotta get that trilogy man, even if he wins or loses this Islam fight
How can you not respect Poirier
Loves to fight and loves a war and is willing to see who breaks first, giving what the fans want to see . Most of time he comes out on top. This guys resume is crazy. He’s a veteran and his team & him have navigated his career really well.
Congratulations DP, already fought his way to legendary status. As difficult as will be to grab that belt from Makhachev I’d love to see him get that strap before he sets the gloves down.
Respect due !
love the way Dustin talks fighting
Dustin is a real one
Poirier vs Gaethje III is going to be insane.
dustin I the man! real warrior and a legend
Not a single f****** excuse from him. Great fighter
Dustin is looking dangerous right now
Damn dc eating Popeyes for breakfast lunch and dinner 😂
He's on the KFC team
Don't forget coke cola Pepsi and mountain dew
Not a Dustin fan, but dude fights everyone good. He's a friggin warrior.
Dustin is more of a “brotha” than DC
Dc is more of a “Brather”
Eventhough he got KOed, eventhough I'm french supporting BSD, I could not think it would be an easy fight or be confident enough in a BSD win.
I've watched DP fight enough times to know that he's a legend of the sport and that's why I wasn't surprised when he won. Congrats to the Diamond, you are a great fighter 👌
Love DP; the dude in scam absolutely F’ng warrior & an extremely respectful, gracious man.
Dustin one of the few to come back after justin fight still able look good. Most neverh fully leave shadow realm, i hope max Holloway can mitigate the incoming damage...
how can you not like this man?
Poierer is a Complete Gentleman!
Gaethje nd Dustin are becoming crafty vets
My favorite fighter of all time. Not just because of how he performs in the octagon, but how he is outside of the ring is inspiring. Dustin is a champ in LIFE, just a good solid dude. We need more men like this nowadays
love the DC Interviews and the realness of Dustin and Justin. These guys are professionals.
This guy is so fucking self-aware.

Gaethje is a warrior and just a savage
"DP Kamikaze" is one of my best bedroom moves
Dustin is a class act! Warrior and a Gentleman.
Best of luck in his next fight. I hope he wins! We need role models like him.🤜💥
Weirdest KO I’ve ever seen he blocked it and Dustin is known for his chin but Gaethje got those wooden legs
As much as I hated to see it part of me was happy because it put them at 1-1 and you KNOW the UFC will try to do the trilogy if neither of them retires.... Imagine that fight being for the undisputed belt, that would be amazing.
When DC rocked the yeah, we all know where his mind went immediately. It's hard burying those L's man!~

So much respect for Dustin ! ✊🏽
Justin and Dustin …. MMA legends ❤
Poirier and Gathje are 2 of my fav fighters out there...hopefully we see a 3rd fight and hope they both make a ton of money off it because they deserve it!
Bro watched Gaethje got down against Max. At this level … for MOST fighters … it’s any given day your reign ends. It’s the marshaling of will to come back stronger. Even in defeat there is growth. ☮️
Dc has not recover from jon jones headkick and dustin has not recover from justin headkick
Real talk love them both. At least he lost to a stand up guy
I enjoy, listening to mature, intelligent, articulate MMA fighters. Dustin, Justin, Khabib, DC, GSP, Volk, etc.
Respect for this man
Lafayette legends man shout out these hometown heroes
DP is a straight savage. Especially against that French Special Forces dude. He already had my respect, but after that fight ill never doubt him again until its over
I believe Dustin can beat Justin if they fought a 3rd time.
We'll see, it might be a Brandon vs devieson
It's such a 50/50 fight. Both are monsters that can KO one another at any time in a fight. Dustin's pure boxing vs Justin's kickboxing is really entertaining stuff.
Definitely a 50/50 fight. Not picking one or the other
Even tho Justin gaethje is my favorite fighter to watch this is always a coin flip fight....🤷🏻♂️👊🏻✌🏻🫶🏻
Either one can knock out the other....💯🧐🫡
Gethje better be the one to induct Dustin into the hall of fame in the future! 2 stand up guys 💪

In a good way, he seems intense, more so than usual. I think he is more motivated than ever to win the belt. And has enough experience in insane situations to handle it. I hope he wins the belt before he retires. Legend.

Sad day when this guy retires, win or lose he’s exciting to watch and he’s good everywhere. Brings it every single time!! Was cool to see Justin get excited for his win
When Dustin was was coming up the game, there was a show done on him getting ready for fights and bits of his fights as he worked his way through the regional scene down south. He takes a couple belts and Tim creadeur works to get him ready hoping to get him to the ufc. I can't remember what I watched it on, maybe sho or HBO but if you can find it, it is definitely fun to watch. I watched it before I knew who he was so when he arrived in the ufc, I was like, hey, I watched a show on him a while back to my buddies. Pretty cool to see someone do that knowing the kid was something special in the fighting scene.
Dustin has one of the best resumés in the game hands down. Beeeast!
He said I'm not doing DP Kamikaze right now 😂
