@@paytonstilson4972 Since it's mirrored you can look at them and their moves as if they were your mirror, if that makes sense for you 😁 so for example if they move their arm to YOUR right, you move your right arm as well. That way it's "double-mirrored" and thus the right way around again. Much love 💕

@@sammy5469 i would recommend setting to slower playback speeds and learn and practice a specific move before you move on! you can watch yourself in the mirror or record yourself when you're confident, to spot your mistakes! all the best~
For anyone that’s struggling to get details, or do it correctly, try to do it at speed 0.5 and when you feel like you’re doing it correctly switch to 0.75. It helps to take video of yourself, it catches mistakes. Good luck! Stay hydrated!
