Market cannot find anything significant to sell off, so decided to sell off 2% because the mic used during the call isn't of good clarity. Next earnings call: NVDA pumps 10% because they replaced the mics with Shure SM7B with clear audio achieved.
yeah the market (large funds) get sneaky with this... we as individual investors just have to wade through the waters as best as we can...but Nvidia is only going up long term
The expectations are "unattainable" because so many stocks including NVDA are way overvalued. Similar thing with other stocks like HD, TXN, AAPL, BX, to name a few. They could all drop 20% "for no reason" like NVDA. Doesn't mean the core businesses are bad.
I agree, i remember apple at a market cap of 290 billion they were crying this company is way overvalued, now its 3.3 trillion and the same clowns are saying its a great buy at 135dollars ! Lord knows where nvidia will be in 10 yrs @RK-um9tu
Did you check NVDA's PE lately? They have to beat the monster earnings expectations to keep going up. Even the slightest miss will cause it declining 20-30%
People who write articles saying why a certain stock dropped are often making their best guess. Sometimes they really don't know why but they won't admit not knowing. Wall Street psychology sometimes seems to make little sense. Recently space stocks like Intuitive Machines and Rocket Lab have been doing extremely well even though they are still losing money.
In no order: 1) VOO 2) QQQM 3) SCHG/VUG 4) VTI 5) SCHD/DGRO. Personally I put down 1.2m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. it was this time last year I made my first break through with a liquid 370k. Handed it to a trader here in TX, I get weekly pay out which I put back on long term ETF's. Tesla will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.
Thank you for asking if "Demand outstripping supply" is a good problem. I find it weird how people keep talking about the backlog as if it's a super-bullish data point. Not sure it's that positive?
Slow burn with spastic jumps from here-on out -- this is still a bagger 10+ years -- this just means it'll allow us to accumulate more shares cheaper in the near term
Earnings were outstanding yet it's down after hours. I truly believe there is a small group of rich wall street guys that do not want this stock to blow up. The scam is real 😂.

It doesn't matter I'll keep buying the dips.
OUTSTANDING results!! blew it out of the water, yet the stock tanks...what a joke!!!! i'm buying up the cheap shares

This is last time to sell as Trump will be bad with his protectionism stance and chip sector will be taking a big hit.
There is nothing cheap about NVDA. Wait until $100 area to rebuy
😂 Right after they find out what causes the over heating
They can't produce fast enough man...
What nobody is talking about is how much budget are hyperscalers putting into R&D to make new chips?
This Stock can’t win lol no matter what they report! Can you expectations are almost unattainable. This is a monster earnings report!
Did you see last year's run?

I am impressed with your update on these stocks, now my question is which is best to buy at this time. I have some liquid assets to diversify.

It’s the highest market cap stock in the world. They’re doing a shit job keeping it from blowing up if that’s their goal.
Up 900% MSTU 💎🙌
all good
Cash secured puts on TSLA and SPY is the future I guess ..
Let it consolidate and reverse stock split by two or three to one to chase out these stupid idiot, rookies messing up the stock price

It'll probably rally till January though before Trump is sworn in.
