Rose Building Renovation Project in Downtown Fairbanks, Alaska (Channel Two News, 1992)

Here's another news segment of a building my dad owned in the 90s. It was called the Rose Building and I have no idea why. It was one of the oldest buildings in downtown Fairbanks and was eventually moved and torn down.
It was placed on the National Historic Registrar on May 11th, 1992 and you can read more about it here:
