This is so relatable. Like, I have had a crush on my best friend for at least nine years, and it's hard. I've tried to move on by dating other people, but nothing seems to work. The hard part is that he sends mixed signals. He really makes it seem like he likes me, but he goes around and dates other girls and sometimes he bails on me to go hang out with them. I just don't know what to do.
wow girl, why don't you just try confessing, like in a "playful" way if that makes any sense. don't make it awkward and cheesy, just be normal and real, like "hey, i have feelings for you, as a girl/woman" and don't get startled when he rejects you! if you feel like you're not confident enough yet for confessing, just confront him and ask him what he means by those actions and if he has any feelings for you, and hopefully things will work out for you guys!
