When I was 14 I went to the Golds Gym and met Arnold he was the nicest man I ever met. And the thing that struck me the most was not his body but his attitude. Everybody else looked like adults who were working but he looked like a child in a mans body who was having the time of his life. He seemed to glow with peace and joy. So he’s not just talking but it was true.

I have not met Arnold yet. I'm going tohe power of repetition becomes more powerful every time u practice it. I listen to this almost every morning. I start my morning with this video most days. I still get something new out of it time. I have listened when I was overtly delighted and when I was mentally on my knees trying to figure out my next step to achieve my goals.

After hearing this 2 to 3 times a week I got accepted to work at Disneyland. The problem is that I had no money to buy clothes for the interview. Let alone the dress shoes. So I went ahead and tried to sell my tv to a repair place but they didn't want it. So then I looked at my games and decided to sell them. I sold my game controllers with games to GameStop just so I could get enough for the clothes, shoes and haircut. I went walking at least 8 to 10 miles to get everything I needed because I lost my car not long ago. Today I'm ready for the job orantation in a few hours. It took long walks and the sacrifese of something I enjoy but thanks to this video I had the determination to get all of it done. My goal isn't to stay at Disneyland but to work there long enough to save and purchase another car. To pay off my debts so that I can raise once again as a better person.

As an Elite Martial Artist coming from a low income family in the early 1990's. Being the oldest child from a single parent; I met legit Black belt in Martial Arts. I became his student and later his Assistant Instructor. From the beginning; I had vision, hunger and desire. That was the secret to my success. I can't ask for anything else. I feel like a million dollars. Life is incredible! The rest is history.
I too share my success with Arnold!

This was exactly what i was looking for! So many times i have tried to motivate myself to train, get fitter, eat healthier and live better. I was diagnosed with CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) last year which leaves me constantly tired and struggle to find the energy to do every day things let alone work out and make better of my life. The doctors said i would never stick to anything large scale because of this, that i should consider reducing my hours and taking a bucket of medication....I don't believe in that....I believe i can beat the odds and work through it. I'm now eating better, working out every day, working 9 hours a day 5 days a week and try to listen to this nearly every day while im working to remind me to never give up and that i CAN defy odds!

Hello everyone, I am here again watching this video. I'm 21 years old and I'm a welder, but the problem is that I WAS A DRUG ADDICTED. To he honest, before some time I was going straight down! I started to lose everything like friends, family and just everything was so awful that even I tried a suicide, luckily an unsuccessful attempt. Thoose things ruined all my life, also I nearly lost my job several times.. It took me a while, but recently I was lucky enough to stop! Right now I'm feeling so happy and motivated, I feel like that I'm living another life, I seek success and do everything that Arnold said and things just happen! I want to thank the person who uploaded this video, because it changed my life! I also just found my dream, as Arnold says, my vision! I want to become a successful welder now simply because I realized that I fuckin love welding, I have ever felt happy when doing that thing but never understood that until now.
Never give up! Even if you feel like you are dying inside just like me, don't ever give up. People, everything is just up to you! You just have to believe in yourself and do the changes you need and really want!
Follow everything that Arnold said here in this video if you want to change yourself and be successful!

Hey everyone! I just watched an incredible speech by the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger, and I can't help but share my admiration for this real-life superhero. He embodies what it truly means to be motivated and to conquer any obstacle that comes his way. Arnold should definitely have his picture in the dictionary next to the word "motivation."
In his speech, Arnold exudes a contagious energy and determination that is truly awe-inspiring. He reminds us that no goal is too big and no challenge is too hard to overcome if we have the right mindset and put in the effort. Arnold's own journey, from a humble background in Austria to becoming a bodybuilding champion, Hollywood icon, and even Governor of California, serves as a testament to his incredible work ethic and unwavering belief in himself.
One of the most inspiring aspects of Arnold's story is his relentless pursuit of self-improvement. He encourages us to set audacious goals and push ourselves beyond our limits. He reminds us that success is not achieved overnight, but through consistent dedication, hard work, and a willingness to learn from our failures.
Arnold's motivational speech resonates with people from all walks of life. Whether you're an aspiring athlete, an entrepreneur, or someone facing personal challenges, his words remind us that we have the power to shape our destinies. His message is one of resilience, discipline, and never settling for mediocrity.
What I find particularly fascinating about Arnold is his ability to maintain a positive outlook even in the face of adversity. He acknowledges that life will throw curveballs, but he firmly believes that it's how we respond to those challenges that defines our character. He encourages us to embrace failure as a stepping stone towards success, urging us not to fear it but to learn from it.
Arnold Schwarzenegger's motivation speech video is a powerful reminder that each of us has the potential to achieve greatness. Through his own accomplishments, he proves that with a clear vision, unwavering determination, and a refusal to give up, we can conquer any obstacle that stands in our way.
So, let's take a page from Arnold's book and strive to become the best versions of ourselves. Let's tackle our goals head-on, never losing sight of our dreams. Remember, when faced with challenges, let Arnold's words echo in our minds, reminding us that nothing is impossible.
Arnold Schwarzenegger, you are a true inspiration and a living example of what it means to be motivated. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and encouraging us all to reach for the stars.

I created my first business working 18 hours per day for more than 4 months. I quit late nights parties, friends requests and also girls. I lost many things. But I gained one thing: Freedom. Now, some of ex-friends are working 9 hours a day for someone else. They are changing their time for money. That's what I'll never do in life. Those hard times when I was sleeping 6 hours per night I remember laying down on my bed and listening this EVERY SINGLE DAY so I got waken in the next morning extremely motivated and convinced I could achieve my dreams. This is just the beggining. Focus on the good things and you will get them.

I remember as a child, the time I made up my mind to learn how to ride a bike. I just went at it. I kept going and going, crashing down onto the gravel every single time.
My knees were bleeding, my hands were bleeding, but I just kept going. The cuts and the blood didn’t bother me at all; it didn’t even hurt. I felt nothing. I kept going until I learned.
I didn’t mind the blood and the pain because I WANTED to ride the bike. I made up my mind and that was it.
