1:25 - 1:38 a cafe car at the very. VERY end of a 12-car consist ... IDK why but stuff like that I see a lot in old 80s-era Amtrak videos, and it annoys me more than it probably should. XD

This would be after 1982-83 (note the new Amfleet IIs) but before the E60s were rebuilt into the 600-series (1987-88).
