40:39 i thought it might be an echeveria harmsii ruby slippers but the leaves are rounder so I'm positive that it's an echeveria devotion; a true stunner and needs lots of light to keep the red. These were absolutely incredible nurseries and I adore the plants you got they are gorgeous 💚
Im not really interested in succulents but after seeing all the varieties with their unique colors, shapes and growing patterns has me wanting more succulents! I love the velvet succulent with the red tips that you purchased😍😩
If you ever get the chance you have got to check out the plant section in a hy-vee, it is a grocery store chain in the Midwest. When visiting family in Iowa I found a Thai constellation for only FIFTEEN DOLLARS!!!! It even has decent variegation! They also had ring of fire philodendrons and something similar to a white princess!
Love your channel. You know your plants and when you see a plant you see new in a shop you will say with happiness " "ooh my word". I love how you give the audience a look of the plants ' names in case we want to purchase them.
Enjoy your presentation style very calming and relaxing shopping with you. I really liked the Ring of Fire, was it in a plastic pot or terracotta. Very nice healthy looking plants, thank you for your channel.
I would have snagged one of each of the bear paws. They’re so stinkin cute. Those places are so cool. I loved the whole vibe of the first place and all those colorful succulents were so pretty. Thanks for sharing this video.
What great nurseries/shops to find! Healthy plants at good prices! Many thanks for sharing. I loved all three plants in your plant haul. All are so gorgeous! 🥰👌🪴
I have the succulent you purchased and it was labeled echeveria 'devotion'. I kept it in a small pot outside all summer, where we had tons of rain. I almost didn't bring it in because half rotted, but once it hit forty out I changed my mind. The other half survived and it's thriving. All this to say it's as resilient as it is beautiful.
Give ur paraiso heat and a lot of light ull have it grow like a weed with stunning variegation:) goodluck with ur new plants. The unknown velvet succulent is quite pretty, nice find. Also non plant related but I must say ur lashes r great!!!
That succulent is called Echeveria Pulvinata Devotion that you didn’t know the name of. I think those water spots you can gently clean them off. The second place definitely my favourite the first place i would have purchased that large tall Ficus Altissima which i want a tree type version with the thick branches.
They’re playing my favorite band (Lord Huron) as you were looking at monsteras! Love it. And I love your videos! So glad to have found your channel. I’m curious, how did you become so knowledgeable about plants? Did you study horticulture?
This was so interesting to watch! So much fun!! Bears Paw is in my top 5 favourite succulents. Some might have rare ones but I like these kinds the most. I am absolutely jealous that you have the variegated ones so freely available! I live in Australia and to find one is RARE if not impossible. My dream is to have the white and yellow veriegations but for now, I just have the regular green which I've found extremely easy to propegate from stem cuttings. ❤ I would love to have Kitten Paw but have never seen one here 😢
15:37 I'm not sure whether that's a copper wire around the air plant, but I've heard from air plant experts that copper will kill air plants, even just copper material touching them. So I'd avoid copper wire or copper bowls/settings for air plants.
Wow, you were in plant heaven. I love the succulent and it so fits in with the Christmas colors vibe.....a beautiful centerpiece on a dining room table in a dressy pot. I love when you do these plant tours of different places so we can make notes for when we happen to go there :)) They were both super plant places, indeed!
If you ever decide to come to Canada we have in Kingsville Ontario Canada a place I go to all the time it’s called, Colasanti's Tropical Gardens you can by a wide variety of tropical house house plants pots, bonsai and much more
I get so excited when I see all the different kinds of succulents! It's a shame I can't keep them alive! ☹️ lol those huge pots of them look soo cool though.
The bear paw succulent i gave up on them. They died on me twice on both varieties. The other succulent can be kept outdoors but not in harsh sunlight the leaves can get burned. Which i have seen that happening in garden centres so didn’t purchase as they were in bad conditions from the sun.
Great video as always! Love your new plants, the red tipped succulent is a Echeveria "Devotion". I bought one a few weeks ago and love the velvet leaves 😍🪷💖
Great video as always🪴, your purchases were 🙌. I’m so glad that plants that were so expensive a year ago are now reasonably priced. I love your enthusiasm too! Definitely missed your furbaby🐶
It's hard to say exactly what that velvety succulent, but it looks similar to the Echeveria pulvinata 'Devotion'. There's also an Echeveria harmsii 'Ruby Slipper', but I think its red is less intense than the Devotion.
don't know if anyone ID'd it yet, but i think that's echiveria pulvinata... there are several red hybrids, if it's super red, it's devotion, if it stays the same, might be ruby slipper, or ruby... and stop sleeping on them rhipsalis, LOL.. they're one of my favorite, and they're so easy to grow... give little berries and tiny flowers...
Make sure you keep your Paraiso Verde Philo Warm otherwise new leaves will be green in the winter. I love mine but only get variegated leaves in the summer.
I went plant shopping yesterday. One had no name but you mentioned the name, rainbow bush. So thank you. Now just need to work out the name of the random hoya I got just says Hoya mix which is helpful. Great tour. I would have crumbled in the succulent place so many amazing plants. Thanks.
Hi! Can you please tell me what the all white monstera type plant is at around 11:24 in the video is!?? I've gone crazy trying to read/ pause it to figure out. It's in a white pot. Love your videos 🙏
I've had mine 2 years and it always reverts in fall and winter when the light and temps lower, but the variegation always comes back in the spring and summer. It's a beautiful plant and it gives me something to look forward to every year 😌
This is in Charlotte? EDIT: I guess you’re in Michigan somewhere? I googled the names you said. Did I totally miss you mentioning you are in Michigan again? I was about to jump in the car and go to these until I figured out they are over 12 hours away 😢
I always look at the little tiny terrarium plants because I was able to get philodendron prints of orange for my mum and I. I love watching these videos ❤ Yeah, they are tiny, but they will grow big ❤. $5.95 AUD each. they aren’t ready in the slightest, but they are uncommon in my area.
The 1st greenhouse was my favorite! I loved that they had propagations for sale. That’s such a great idea!
It really is! 💚

Thank you!!
Thanks for referring the Cactus Club. I'd just ordered 2 plants that I was unable to find in the stores, and I can't wait for them to arrive.
I've ordered from them and had a great experience!
Hooray!
Im not really interested in succulents but after seeing all the varieties with their unique colors, shapes and growing patterns has me wanting more succulents! I love the velvet succulent with the red tips that you purchased😍😩

That hot air balloon pot is adorable!!!
I love it!

Thank you!
the green-red succulent is called echeveria pulvinata ruby , they are beautiful!
I would have snagged one of each of the bear paws. They’re so stinkin cute. Those places are so cool. I loved the whole vibe of the first place and all those colorful succulents were so pretty. Thanks for sharing this video.
Thanks for watching! 💚

13:55 who else hears that awful 70s song every time you see a hot air balloon decor item? “up, up and away in my beautiful balloon“ lol aaahhhhh
I love the first greenhouse they have a lot of cool stuff I've never seen a greenhouse where they sell cuttings either that is so cool!
Give ur paraiso heat and a lot of light ull have it grow like a weed with stunning variegation:) goodluck with ur new plants. The unknown velvet succulent is quite pretty, nice find. Also non plant related but I must say ur lashes r great!!!
So many beautiful plants! That bear paw is the biggest I've ever seen. That Paraiso is to live for. Thanks for the video.
The echeveria with the red margins is Echeveria Harmsii. Mine has gotten pretty leggy tbh. They need strong sun/light to keep the red.

I really liked those nice full page plant label with description at that first place. It's very detailed!
If you ever decide to come to Canada we have in Kingsville Ontario Canada a place I go to all the time it’s called, Colasanti's Tropical Gardens you can by a wide variety of tropical house house plants pots, bonsai and much more

The red succulent you picked up is a Echeveria Pulvinata! They are gorgeous! I want to turn one into a bonsai.
I love that lil staghorn fern..I want one!
I love my Alocasia Dragon's Breath. It's definitely one of my favorites!
Succulent heaven... Love it ♥
It was amazing!
The bear paw succulent i gave up on them. They died on me twice on both varieties. The other succulent can be kept outdoors but not in harsh sunlight the leaves can get burned. Which i have seen that happening in garden centres so didn’t purchase as they were in bad conditions from the sun.

40:31 could be a mexican firecracker!(echerveria setosa) I have one that looks the exact same.
don't know if anyone ID'd it yet, but i think that's echiveria pulvinata... there are several red hybrids, if it's super red, it's devotion, if it stays the same, might be ruby slipper, or ruby...

Thanks! I actually really love rhipsalis!
❤ed that second shop. A succulent collector's haven.
Yes, it definitely is!
omg sherry baby orchidddd ahhhh
Love your channel ...👍👍
I got two Alocasias in the mail from cactus club this week. It was packed so well and I love them.
Hooray!!
I would call before heading out to places unknown. Thanks for the tours.
Make sure you keep your Paraiso Verde Philo Warm otherwise new leaves will be green in the winter. I love mine but only get variegated leaves in the summer.
Thanks for the tip!
Hueneria have the most beautiful flowers! I have never seen one at any plant or nursery stores here in Las Vegas, only on-line.
Oh wow!
FYI paradiso verdes need heat in order to produce variegation, not light. Just a tip!
First comment
I was going to say the same thing , its so hard to keep the colour ....
Thank you for the tip! 💚🪴
Very healthy plants at the first nursery !!!!!
They looked great!
That was so much fun! Loved all the succulents and cacti ❤
Thanks for watching!
I went plant shopping yesterday. One had no name but you mentioned the name, rainbow bush. So thank you. Now just need to work out the name of the random hoya I got just says Hoya mix which is helpful.
Great tour. I would have crumbled in the succulent place so many amazing plants.
Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful choises
Thank you! 😊
love your plants. that succulent is called ruby slippers.
💚
Ashley I got the paraiso as a TC plant there were 5 in a bag
Wow!!
8:27 it looks like those money trees had varigaetion....
That would have been amazing!
Bear paws are my kryptonite!
Hahhaa me to!!
Hi! Can you please tell me what the all white monstera type plant is at around 11:24 in the video is!?? I've gone crazy trying to read/ pause it to figure out. It's in a white pot. Love your videos 🙏
Hi! I took a look and it’s actually an artificial plant/leaves that they had for sale. Very pretty!!
Pariso Verde has such unstable variegation. Mine immediately reverted after I brought it home.
I've had mine 2 years and it always reverts in fall and winter when the light and temps lower, but the variegation always comes back in the spring and summer. It's a beautiful plant and it gives me something to look forward to every year 😌
Yes, I’ve heard that it only has variegation in summer. Interesting!
Can you say if these shops you go to have on line an shipping. Thanks
Succulent looks like echeveria devotion or plush plant harmsii?
I thought it was a firecracker, but echeveria devotion seems like the culprit.
So helpful! Thank you!
This is in Charlotte? EDIT: I guess you’re in Michigan somewhere? I googled the names you said. Did I totally miss you mentioning you are in Michigan again? I was about to jump in the car and go to these until I figured out they are over 12 hours away 😢
Oh no! Yes, Michigan for this one
You're so Beautiful! Love ur channel
Variegated macrophylla for 15? Gimme!
💚💚
I always look at the little tiny terrarium plants because I was able to get philodendron prints of orange for my mum and I.
I love watching these videos ❤
Yeah, they are tiny, but they will grow big ❤. $5.95 AUD each. they aren’t ready in the slightest, but they are uncommon in my area.
Yes! There are some great plants in the small plant section!
