I have a weekly exercise schedule, two days of strength exercises with dumbbells and a cardio day, but ✋diversification of exercises is better, as it is beneficial for the body and breaks the routine. 👍
As always, fun and a good way to get the heart rate up without jumps, squats and lunges. Those exercises definitely have their place but sometimes, doing what we did today is all it takes! Thanks Marischa!
