It is so apparent when a man is following his passion and a plan comes together. How many times did Dale raise his arms in victory and yell, "YEAH!!", when the old iron he had been talking to finally spoke back. "It's Alive!" "It's Alive!" I love it.
It’s so awesome y’all archived these builds, my dad and I used to watch the shows together and I was always so excited to see what Dale was gonna get running next. These machines are just a priceless point to the ingenuity of American made engines and Dale & his son showcase the excitement of riding & the building of these awesome machines. Thank you for bringing back great memories with this channel, very cool 😎
I'm not American but what a beauty. Dale. Your son is you in spirit and in his own way. You did that. I'm an English engineer. Legends. Love you both. Passion passed on like is amazing to see. Wow.. I came to this video via 08/08/23 on WTT. Used to watch Dale. Family. Beautiful x
Matt I fell in love with your dad and the passion he had for old bikes , wonderful that he's still teaching us after his passing , Dale Rip your a great man !
2nd best use of rolling papers ever witnessed by me..... Your dad is one of my all time heroes. I haven't made it to Maggie valley yet, but it's in the works. I literally cried when I found out your dad had passed. They broke the mold when they made him. It must have been a very interesting childhood growing up with a dad like him. He's building motorcycles for the great spirit now. God always puts the best on his Crew.
Matt, I’ve never seen a video of your dad and only watched you. This was so cool to see how he used to interact with the camera, mannerisms, and knowledge, and it’s so obvious where you get everything from. Good on you for continuing in his footsteps, and teaching us young folk how these old things work. Cheers. Will - Melbourne Australia - 2020 Sport Glide.
Love these videos man. Feels like i'm watching an old Sunday morning hot rod show on the old speed tv channel or something. Such a good vibe and so very happy your father was smart enough to capture all this great timeless footage
Common sense, hand tools and the knowledge your Dad had is amazing. Even at 70 years old this man is still teaching me things many will never know. Thanks for sharing your Dad's experiences with me Matt!! ✌✊
Static timing I believe that is the proper term . I believe in it totally . I am sure it was checked again if You watch the mag gets moved a bit a couple of times . I guess the excitement is not hard to see.
Never could understand why TV and youtube producers feel the need to play music ( ANY type of music ) every time an engine is running. As gear heads, we want to hear an engine running without being drowned out with unwanted music.
Dale if you're looking down from motorcycle heaven I'm sure you've seen that Matt has inherited your love and enthusiasm for the things that run
I'm
I like that he clarified "unused" rolling papers. Ride on Dale

His enthusiasm was so infectious. One of the few people I never met whose loss touched me deeply. I'm glad his son is keeping his legacy going!
Dale was such a good teacher. Matt's carrying that tradition on nicely.

That's my favorite engine
Reefer Feeler Gauged!
great information, need to kill the music though
And the museum and everything else was due to Dale's foresight..and he's surely missed..
Matt I see where you get it 👍
And the legacy continues.......
Do you think he noticed that he bumped the magneto as he was tightening it down?
That over a modern bike any day....SWEEEEEEEEEEET
That s why it eBey turned Ali Exspress😃behind engin KR750
Every .027 of a inch would be equal to a degree I believe......😊
12 and a half minutes into this video the mechanic admits this old Harley hasn't been leaking oil because it has no oil in it. The Truth is the truth.
Rolling paper…….unused😜
