Yes.. That's true... When i make the pot, i always wondered why i am the only one who is having the difficulty to take the mould out...this video showed the reality..👍👏👏
I liked how he just patted that container and poured hot water to pull out the molder. Most DIY videos would be about people cutting the mold - like deym, such a waste.
I loved every bit. Especially coz, the materials are easy to find, and now I have use for plastic containers no longer in use. And the amazing thing they were not destroyed.
i saw that if you coat them with cooking oil they are much easier to remove. Thank you so much for this! it's very creative and I will attempt it. I have been looking for pots for my new plants and they are sold out EVERYWHERE
You did a beautiful job, I love the way you showed each step and put on here all you added to make the flower pot, thank you so much for sharing. God Bless you and your family
I made 2 planters with similar method.. and i broke 2 planters initially while taking out of the mould... tried the oil layering too but it gets hard taking it out.. bcz of the scratchy surface while pushing down the inner mould.. but its fun and need bit patience 🙂 results are really beautiful.. best combination is lush green plant in white pot.. Tips: Make sure to mix material to proper consistency... Leave the mould fr 36-48 hrs before u try to take it out.. Curing time 4-6 days is very important as it will give the planter its real strength... Concrete starts setting in 30 mins and it will gain only 30% of its strength in 48 hours of moulding.. Good luck..
Thank you so much... i jus started doing white cement pots and it always cracks on the second day. After watching your video i will be trying to do the same thing but will only use sand and gray cement, i dont the other one... then i will cure it for 8days just to be sure... hoping that it sont get cracked again thanks so much...
Thanks Michelle. Yes curing is very important - 4-5 days at least. use 2 parts sand and 1 part fresh cement and cure the pot for 4-5 days and the pot will last forever.
U show us true story of making a cement pot. removing of the plastic pot was not that much easier that others show .. I tried so many times but i was not succeed in that 😞
Thanks Kavita ji. Marble powder is crushed marble (also called jeera in india). If you do not have marble powder, you can use 2 parts sand and 1 part cement.

For curing of concrete.

Great 👍....may I use only sand and cement in equal proportion to make the pot????
You can skip marble powder but use 2:1 ratio. 2 parts sand and 1 part cement

Very nice video. Showed real process of cement work 😍
Thanks for sharing. It came out very nice. Is the marble powder essential to the project? I don't have any.
No, marble powder is optional. I used it for extra strength. You can use 2 parts sand and 1 part cement. Thanks 👍🏻

U show us true story of making a cement pot. removing of the plastic pot was not that much easier that others show .. I tried so many times but i was not succeed in that 😞
that needs a special trick
Same here made two of them and mold is stuck don't know what to do
If we use diesel or some other lubricant then this problem can be resolved
Use a Plastic wrap between the mold and cement. I think that should work?
A heat gun! Seen it on a different channel to remove the plastic molds.
Ye start m white cube kya h
beautiful!
Thank you very much!
Luckily, you had painted it white....it looks so nice:)
Thanks Ringin
Superb
If you brush both the containers that will touch the cement with oil , it will come out easier. Nice pot 👍
I did that put an oil..engine oil& cooking oil the first tym but it's still hard to get the moulder on the center out..even the one on the outside..
So Amazing pot!

We are using the engine oil.. used one... so it is easy to peel off
Minimalist beauty.
Amazing, but you could use white cement instead of this?
Actually grey cement is stronger than white. That is why they use grey cement in all construction works.
No, please get your facts right. You can read about it.Thanks.
@@VivekKumar-uw9mb Ok Vivek, you can use white cement as well.
