The best way that I have found to deal with this is Run the clothes on the rinse and spin cycle and select no spin. This runs for about 12 minutes. Once it’s done your clothes will all be wet and heavier and you can now run a regular cycle. Yes, if wastes water which is annoying.But before I started doing this my clothes would come out not cleaned, and some clothes would not have even gotten wet at all. My machine is only a few years old so I can’t afford to get a new different machine just yet.
What if we remove the inlet filter ?? Will it effect anything?

I bought a new 6.5kg machine and even after attaching it with a strong water flow source the water always take 5-10 min more that what it says on the display. Looks like I need to manually add water to speed up the process. 😔

mine keep on filling water and it only stops when i switch off the machine
It does not show error but when I insert the water level and start the number disappears and no water is coming I checked my tap the water is coming smoothly

Spin Cycle
Spin while draining water.
When empty, continue spinning and draining but also begin pouring water from top.
After a while, stop.

I had a problem where the water wasn't coming through the inlet if the cold water of the washing machine. I just switched the water supply hose to the warm water inlet, and it worked perfectly fine. You just have to select warm water on the washing machine itself though

Have that problem now. But it doesn’t rinse on warm so….. gotta wash - spin - the wash again without soap to replicate rinse. I thing something is clogged inside.
@@QuanDanOfficial I sorted mine out. I use borehole water, so the iron in the water rusted and that particles got stuff in the cold water's inlet. I had to clean it out and then it worked fine. It's still working perfectly fine now
To clean it, you can even buy spirits of salts, or any acid that burns rust and just leave it in there for a couple of hours

I own a samsung wa48j7700aw/a2 that won't fill. I have adequate water pressure, replaced the drain pump and inlet valves but still no water. Diagnostic mode shows no error except for 4C which is useless.

@@HumeidAlHabsi I fixed it by buying and LG washer. A Samsung tech came out and quoted a very high price to repair it and even told me it was not worth fixing it

I am disappointed with the performance of the washing machine. Despite cleaning inlet hose and filter and full water supply, no water was entering machine. After 6 days technician brought new inlet filter and replaced. It worked normally. After a month again the same problem arose. This time too it is due to fault in inlet filter. Frustrating that reputed brand machine is failing to function repeatedly. I will not recommend Samsung to anybody.

This was of no help at all. Did everything you said to do and still does not fill with water. There is great water pressure but does not fill with water. Help would be appreciated.

Can u say why the water is not coming only during wash. During rinse mode ,water gets filled. But while the mashine is in wash mode no water is supplied. I checked all filters. But no problem is seen

Very worst service, very recent purchased top load 7 kg machine, it stopped working due to gearbox problem, defective manufacturing error, in spite complainimg every day no body is responding to solve the issue, customer helpline is helpless line, problem is not yet solvef
