I smelled it and instantly fell I love. It smelled like a photorealistic grapefruit. This scent took me back to my childhood when I was having grapefruits for breakfast every morning before track practice. When a fragrance can unlock a scent memory from a real fruit I don’t even know what to say.

Was in Sephora today and someone spray this fragrance. I immediately bought it because of that grapefruit note. I’m going to wear it myself, I think a woman could pull this scent off well.
Now they do have a female version. My wife has it. I am sure they are very similar

Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Forever, a grapefruit bomb in the beginning, and the white musk & patchouli smooths it out. I'm wearing this now in the hot weather here in New York, definitely one of the best new releases of 2021 for sure.
I grabbed it immediately after your first impression vid, I love this fragrance. The open is weird but when it settles down and gets sweeter this fragrance is a masterpiece.

For me it's the best release this year along with Tobacolor. I layer Light Blue Forever with Light Blue Eau Intense equal sprays for a longer lasting experience. Equally on its own its a BANGER
Absolutely agree one of the best scents of all time for me! Love love the grapefruit/bergamot smell. It’s so fresh when you first put it on and it lasts!
I originally bought eua intense, but picked up the lastest flanker from DG , it's so much better the grapefruit smell is even better
Love the creaminess of the vetiver/patchouli earthiness and woodiness to smooth out the fresh grapefruit. Makes it delicious and so refreshing. Must keep it on for the entirety of the fragrance. It develops big time.
This is my absolute favourite fragrance for the summer❤️ I get so many compliments wearing it. This is a must own

I love this fragrance but to each their own. Most will either like or dislike it mainly because of the grapefruit but if anyone thinks that the grapefruit in this fragrance smells synthetic, you are wrong.

Got this last week and it’s amazing! I wasn’t a big fan of any light blue fragrance before this.
I was intrigued after watching your first impression video because I absolutely LOVE Grapefruit!! I remember as a kid visiting family in Palm Springs every Summer and picking fresh Grapefruit in the mornings for breakfast.
THIS is an absolute stunning summertime fragrance, and is by far my favorite to date!
A+++ natural Grapefruit and pairs so well with the Vetiver and subtle Patchouli that runs through the entire fragrance. Absolutely fantastic pickup on this one for sure, highly recommend it! 👍

I just got this and sprayed it. Love the blast of grapefruit. The dry down is excellent. Overall a keeper and highly recommended.
I haven’t liked any of the Light Blue fragrances, but I love this one…I’ve smelled Forever a couple times now. I’ll buy it once it hits discounters.

@@ComicmanImaginator I really can’t imagine someone not liking this. I don’t care for the saltiness and aquatic feeling from the other light blues…and Forever really omits most of that aquatic scent to me. I just don’t want to pay retail or I’d already have it.
I love this fragrance had a 10ml decant I bought in store for buying a travel atomiser ... so planning to buy it once I finish uni exams to celebrate as a reward
Been wearing nonstop for about 4 weeks now. It’ll probably go down as the summer 21 scent for me. Wore it to restaurants, bars, baseball games, the gym. The grapefruit in the opening is so vibrant it wakes you up. Got the 100ml for around $60 with a coupon code and a dusty ol Macy’s gift card I had to put to use.
I know I'm late but how's the performance and dry down? Been planning on buying it

A rhubarb flanker would be nice. Something along the lines of Jo's Rhubarb from Zara but longer lasting. Maybe a dash a cranberry and mint...niiice.
Tested this bad boy out in store and even after hearing about its fantastic opening, I still wasn't prepared for how realistic it turned out. Can't say I know how the drydown is because I was only around for the opening. May pick it up for next Spring/Summer since my most recent pickups should tide me over for awhile.
The drydown is pretty nice tbh, it remains fresh for a long while. The grapefruit remains for quite some time

I got mine a couple of days ago.. its a banger... the grapefruit note is very alluring... performs great especially during the high summer heat... I bought the small bottle because I wasn't too sure how well it was gonna turn out, now that I know, I should of just got the bigger bottle 😕 oh well!🤷♂️

Tested this out at ulta last week after all the hype…returned 5 hours later to pick it up. Great designer release. SUPER rare I buy before discounters but I couldn’t help myself.

I do love the opening of this, very realistic. But I haven't received one compliment wearing this. When I wear light blue eau intense, I receive a compliment every wearing.

Easily the best of the line, and that’s saying something. I wore the OG quite a bit in the late 00s and 10s. On my third bottle in fact. I rarely wear it since i got Eau Intense in 2019. Now Forever has supplanted that one. What a fantastic fragrance!
I finally tested this out. That opening is legit, not sure about the longevity though. I sprayed my neck so my wife could get a whiff of it when I got home, about an hour later. She had a hard time picking up the scent. I'll totally pick it up once it hits the rack stores.

Gotta give you this one G. I haven't tried light blue intense but I like this, especially in the heat. It reminds me of Dior Homme Cologne with more nuance and better performance.

Im a woman and I LOVE this fragrance. Im planning to buy it and wear it myself. I feel like this is very unisex and so fresh. Its just PERFECT imo.

I really wanted to like this. Ended up returning. The opening is definitely impressive and even surprising on first smell. But at the end of the day, I just don’t really want to smell like a grapefruit 😂

This one actually projects like crazy off of my skin and it honestly lasts 6-8 hours on my skin.

Yep, I'm one of those people who rejected this Light Blue Forever because of the TOO realistic grapefruit opening. It's like grabbing a can of grapefruit from the refrigerator and pouring it on yourself I would rather have an idealized citrus in a fragrance. Very "natural" but not realistic. This is not my cup of grapefruit.

Just Got it! FIRE! Whoa! WOW! Yeah the Grapefruit SOUR Zesty Zinger Opening. Wow.
Agree the Grapefruit is fire🔥, but sadly only last about 45min on me here in Socal with 115 plus temps. To me the drydown reminds me and my lady alot of Sun so in a way it's kinda redundant. Only wish the Grapefruit lasted throughout so I carry a decant with me just to get a blast of it every once in a while 👍
It's nothing like light blue intense, day one of sampling it, I wasn't sure, day 2 I started to love it, it's now my favourite scent, already put a dent in my 50 ml bottle

@@ComicmanImaginator No. I love the opening, but it’s really intense and makes me sneeze a little. If you or someone around is sensitive to strong smells then be careful. I love the opening but the dry down is a little to musky for. If you like vetiver and musk then you’ll like the dry down. The grapefruit does last for a while.
This cologne is the only cologne i am like completely enamored with the smell first time i put it on my hand I was completely floored

Great to see your enthusiasm for this frag. I personally don't like eating grapefruit, it's too sharp and nasty tasting.. However this fragrance I like! Surprising given I don't like grapefruit, it's a smell you kinda want to keep smelling and it seems to last a long time.. I'll wait for discounters or maybe get a decant.. One of the best I've smelt for a while.. I don't like the other light blue ones (that I've smelt)..

I'm still on the fence with this..I bought this for very hot days so I appreciate the realistic grapefruit. The rub is the heavy musk that sits in the background it takes this scent from fresh to almost a (I've been working outside for a few hours musky/pheromone smell). The thing is that smell is semi addictive and grows on you, but I could see it being divisive. A channel did a street test with Profondo and this and it was 10 likes to 8 likes for profondo so by no means a blow out. I would not blind buy this.

I'm getting my light blue forever Friday. I got the men's and women. It the best light blue both men and women. I like women's love its love I don't love light blue but 2021 flanker is great.
I will have to agree with you ash this scent is by far the best in the light blue line next to Eau Intense I smelled it once at Macy's and it just was so fresh and the citrus grapefruit scent is amazingly real smelling!!!!!

The fuzzy coating is called flocked they can spray everything with it like plastic animals ect . Ps love your channel Ash ! Your the best !!

just got it in yesterday from Rafaelos (i was too impatient waitin for Fragrance Buy and Net to restock.), and i love it. its sad that this is so hard to find, and i did hear rumors it was possibly discontinued. The scent isnt bad but i need to wear it more around ppl so ik how well it projects, bc either its not that strong bc its a summer fragrance, or something is wrong with my body chemistry, or i went noseblind or what, bc i couldnt smell it much after a while on the initial wear yesterday. im gonna wear it more later on this week, but yea thats my initial thoughts on it.

It sounds very similar to Zara‘s Pamplemousse Vetiver from Jo Malone.
I tried it at Sephora last week. Was disappointing. Nothing special to me. I'll have to try again to see if I missed something. But not optomistic, since I don't even like eating grapefruit :--) . I suggest trying first.
