The mic syncing/mixing was a little tough, but the added perspective was awesome. Thanks for getting your footy to me. Again, not to spoil part two... but I'm sure you remember that where this one ended is when business really started to pick up for us. I'm editing that one right now. I have to work on a review meant to go up on Wed/Thu and will put Pt 2 up on Saturday. I still have a TON of editing work to do on Pt 2 and will likely have to cut it down quite a bit. SO MANY BIG FISH!!! It's always a blast fishing with you, Ron!
I went out a month ago and got the biggest small mouth I ever caught on the Monoc. Went yesterday and got about 12 in 4 hours. Nothing big but a great day. Throwing a 1/10 oz ned with a 2.5" z. I'm thinking about up sizing the worm . Get a little more wiggle! Thanks for the vid
Nice work, Max! Downsize your jig to 1/16 and upsize the bait to the Big TRD. That combo has been MONEY. It's slow to fall and drifts a lot more naturally.
How high up are you on the river? I’ve been trying different sections in Fredrick closer to where it feeds into the Potomac and really haven’t been having much luck. It looks amazing but just seems to lack any life. I’ve also tryed a bit higher up near Creagerstown and had a bit more luck but nothing even close to comparing to results you’ve been producing this year . I usually just paddle up stream a half mile and work it really hard or if possible go with a buddy and do a couple mile float. Any suggestions? I have no intentions of blowing up any spots
This doesn't have anything to do with where you are on the river. It's probably what you're throwing. I've been equally successful everywhere in the river. 77 and Creagerstown should be fishing quite well. The whole Potomac watershed has been exceptional, this Spring.
What a day! Thanks for adding some of my catches to the video. I can't wait for part 2.

Good job guys! Some good fish. Rivers have been fishing very well. Get on em
This has been the best Spring since I've been doing this.
Great video! Looked like a great day! Nice smallies! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks! Pt 2 is even better!
Great fish man!
Thanks, ri !

What a day
Wait until you see the rest of it!
Hell of a video. You guys killed it. 19.75, awesome. Looked sketchy at the end. Hope you made it through.
I don't mean to spoil, but since there's a part two.... LOL
