  • Here's a very healthy innovative and interesting wheat flour snacks recipe. This masaledar papdi is is truly made from maida but in this video I am going to use wheat flour. You can use this papdi for chat purpose also. This masaledar papad turns out really very crispy and flaky. It can be stored in airtight container for about 1 to 2 months.     Ingredients
    Wheat flour-1cup
    Semolina-1/2cup
    Chilli flakes-1/2tsp
    Ajwain-1/2tsp
    Cumin seed-1/2tsp
    Dry Fenugreek leaves-1tsp
    Dry Mango Powder-1tsp
    Salt as per taste
    Oil-2tsp
    Again oil for deep frying
